Kemberlee Kaye is the Senior Contributing Editor of Legal Insurrection, where she has worked since 2014 and is the Director of Operations and Editorial Development for the Legal Insurrection Foundation. She also serves as the Managing Editor for CriticalRace.org, a research project of the Legal Insurrection Foundation.

She has a background working in immigration law, and as a grassroots organizer, digital media strategist, campaign lackey, and muckraker. Over the years Kemberlee has worked with FreedomWorks, Americans for Prosperity, James O'Keefe's Project Veritas, and US Senate re-election campaigns, among others.

Jonathan Oddi, 42, was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his legs after a shootout with Miami-Dade police at a Trump-owned golf course. Oddi snuck into the resort through a back entrance sometime around 1:30 AM ET, carrying with him an American flag he lifted from the back of the complex.

South Carolina NAACP President Rev. Jerrod Moultrie made up one heckuva tall tale in April alleging he was racially profiled and harassed during a routine traffic stop. In a since-deleted Facebook post, Moultrie wrote about his encounter making himself out to be a tough guy and victim of a mean and racist cop who was convinced Moultrie had drugs.

Eric Barga arrived at Covenant Presbyterian Church about a half hour early for bell choir practice. April 5 was “one of the first nice days,” Barga remembers, so he sat on the trunk of his car and began killing time by playing scales. Less than ten minutes later, two law enforcement units rolled up, having received a report of a man with a long rifle.

And here it is. The New York Times confirms Trump's claims, which have been frequently dismissed by major media outlets as kooky and conspiratorial, true. Under the Obama administration, the intelligence community DOJ officials spied on Trump's campaign. Operation "Crossfire Hurricane" is what they called it. It was a super double secret operation that only a handful of agents and DOJ officials were aware of.

My mom has always been very meh about Mother's Day. She always thought (and still thinks) it's a Hallmark holiday and has said more than once that if we didn't bother appreciating her throughout the year, there was no point in doing so on Mother's Day. We always wanted to make it a special day for her and bought for her all the things you get for moms on Mother's Day. She insisted she never wanted anything other than to spend time with her babies. I never completely understood until I became a Mom.

Who knew primary schools were plagued with status symbols? Or that this was even a thing? One British school has banned pencil cases and is outlawing any designer goods that might distinguish one student's property as more expensive than another's.
