Learned something very important today about Twitter. One, Other than for Jack Dorsey’s $5+ billion, the rest of the board owns essentially zero. Their own interests are NOT aligned with the shareholders they represent.
Another reason to hope that Dorsey, who may be looking for a way to cash out, will turn against the board.
It is also another reason that all lawsuits filed should be against the board AND the board members individually.
