The internal strife within the Democrat party is palpable.  The two warring sides are the moderate centrists who still believe in things like free speech, capitalism, and love for America and the radical progressive left who do not. In perhaps the most bizarre interview Tucker's conducted as yet on his new show, he spars with a graduate student over the student's claim that college Republicans should be kicked off the NYU campus for inviting Gavin McInnes to speak and (apparently) thus forcing the progressives on campus to become violent.

As Mary blogged, six Superbowl winning Patriots players won't be joining the rest of the team during their White House visit. Some have indicated their abstention is due to policy differences with President Trump. Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady says his choice to visit the White House over the years has not been a political one and refused to publicly litigate the decisions of his teammates. "Everybody has their own choice. There’s certain years, like a couple years ago, I wanted to go and didn’t get the opportunity based on the schedule — we didn’t get told until I think like 10 days before we were going, and at that point I had something I’d been planning for months and couldn’t get there," said Brady:

Tucker Carlson had on a guest last night who proudly took credit for helping to organize the mob that shut down Milo Yiannopoulos at Berkeley. Yvette Felarca is part of a left wing group called By Any Means Necessary, and she advocates the use of violence to stop fascism. Oh and by the way, she's a middle school teacher. Isn't that great? Here's some background on the segment from the FOX News Insider:
Berkeley Protest Organizer Proud of Shutting Down 'Fascist' Milo Felarca, who helped organize the protests at UC-Berkeley two weeks ago, is calling for similar protests at universities across the country when there are guest speakers she believes are "fascists."

Well, this is interesting. Someone killed North Korean Dictator Kim Jong Un's older half-brother Kim Jong Nam in Malaysia on Monday. From South Korea's Yonhap News Agency:
Cable TV broadcaster TV Chosun reported that Kim was killed at an airport in Malaysia after being attacked by two unidentified female agents with "poisoned needles." The suspects fled the scene and Malaysian police suspected North Korea was behind the killing.

With five weeks to go before Dutch elections, politian Geert Wilders' Party of Freedom (PVV) is leading all the major polls with just below 20 percent of the votes. If Wilders' PVV manages to emerge as the single largest party, as polls currently suggest, the 53 year old Dutch politician could be called to build the next coalition government with him as Prime Minister. Capitalising on last year's Brexit vote and President Trump's victory in the U.S. election, Wilders is campaigning with the slogan "The Netherlands is ours again." His 11-point programme aims to "de-Islamise" the country and end the E.U.-mandated Open Borders Policy.

Discussing the overnight resignation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, CNN's David Gregory managed this morning to work in a broad swipe at the president. Gregory claimed that "the fledgling foreign policy in the Trump administration [has] been a disaster." Really? Gregory ignored: the widely-praised, weekend-long meetings that Trump just concluded with Japanese PM Abe; Trump's positive conversation with Chinese Premier Xi and the confirmation of the One China policy; the re-establishment of the special relationship with the UK and its PM May, and of course the healing of ties with Israel after years of Obama animosity culminating in his perpetration of an anti-Israel Security Council resolution.

I came across this CNN article that Labor Secretary nominee Andrew Puzder faced many hurdles before his Thursday confirmation hearing because four GOP senators decided to withhold their support. The fast food executive will face the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee on Thursday. These anonymous sources pointed their fingers at Sen. Lisa Murkowski (AK), Sen. Susan Collins (ME), Sem Johnny Isakson (GA), and Sen. Tim Scott (SC). Reading through the article, I saw that CNN only cited Sen. Collins. So I decided to actually do some journalism and reach out to the offices for confirmation on the material provided by the sources.

President Donald Trump's national security advisor Michael Flynn has resigned after he came under fire over his contacts with Russian officials. The resignation comes after the Justice Department announced that officials had "warned the Trump administration last month that Flynn misled administration officials regarding his communications with the Russian ambassador to the United States and was potentially vulnerable to blackmail by the Russians."

The U.S. is the largest donor (pdf.) to The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), contributing $380 million in 2015. We previously have reported how UNRWA indoctrinates Palestinian children to hate Jews and incites violence, VIDEO – How UN Refugee agency teaches children to hate and attack Jews:
We recently showed a video about how Palestinian incitement to violence is generated both top-down from the Palestinian Authority, and bottom-up through social media, VIDEO: No truly “Lone Wolves” in the Palestinian Knife Intifada

The Senate has confirmed Steven Mnuchin as Treasury Secretary for President Donald Trump's Cabinet. As expected, all Republicans voted for Mnuchin. It was expected to go down party lines, but West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin voted yes as well. The vote ended 53-47.

A yet to be identified New York Times reporter was formally reprimanded by the paper for calling the First Lady a "hooker" at New York Fashion Week event Saturday night. According to Page Six, a supermodel sitting next to this nameless reporter "spilled the beans" and railed against the "slut-shaming" of Melania:
Supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, who was seated next to the reporter during the event on Sunday, had spilled the beans on Twitter. “Sat next to a journalist from the NYT last night who told me ‘Melania is a hooker,’” Ratajkowski tweeted Monday morning.
