During the 2008 presidential election, a journalist-only list serve called 'Journolist' was exposed. In this online environment, left-leaning journalists were discussing the formation of narratives which supported Democrats and damaged Republicans. A new study has found that little has changed since then, and it seems Twitter is the new Journolist.

As Black Lives Matter agitators have become more hostile and aggressive over the last couple of months, we've seen more and more of them taking over city streets and highways. Not just for march-throughs but for stationary "protests" that last for hours, and in some cases days and even weeks as we saw in Seattle with the CHAZ/CHOP occupation.

In recent weeks, Tucker Carlson of FOX News has been a lone voice in the media wilderness. No one on television has been more brutally honest about what is happening in America right now. Carlson has even had the guts to criticize Black Lives Matter. For this, he must be punished.

I've written well over 1,500 posts for Legal Insurrection over the years, and one that stands out in my memory as a heartbreaking emblem of "woke" culture was a post about a school in New York City that was teaching little K-8 white children they were "born racist."  Children were coming home in tears, telling their parents that they were "a bad person."

Young Democratic voters are not particularly excited about the prospect of voting for Joe Biden, and who can blame them? The primary began with over 20 candidates and ended with, well, Joe Biden. Young voters tend to be more progressive and they're getting the most Democrat establishment candidate available.
