Conservative Activists Target ‘Woke’ Corporations With New Ad Campaign
“increasingly we’re seeing them work to curry favor with woke politicians, rather than focusing on serving their consumers”
In the wake of corporations siding with the ‘woke’ left this year, a conservative group is pushing back with a new ad campaign that targets companies like Coca-Cola and American Airlines.
The ads suggest that the political posturing of these companies is a deliberate attempt to hide their failures from stakeholders.
Eamon Javers reports at CNBC:
Conservative group launches ad campaign against ‘woke capitalism,’ targeting CEOs by name
A conservative group is launching an advertising campaign Tuesday designed to push back against what it sees as “woke capitalism,” spending more than $1 million on ads targeting the CEOs of Coca-Cola, American Airlines and Nike.
The ads are sharply critical of the CEOs on a range of issues ranging from childhood obesity to allegations of forced labor in China. Organizers say the campaign, which is being mounted by the conservative group Consumers’ Research, is designed to change the thinking in corporate boards around the economic and political costs of getting involved in flashpoint issues such as voting rights.
“Increasingly we’re seeing companies taking their eye off the ball,” said William Hild, executive director Consumers’ Research. “Our focus is always on the consumer. And that’s what it should be for these companies as well, but increasingly we’re seeing them work to curry favor with woke politicians, rather than focusing on serving their consumers.”
The dark money group says it will not disclose who is financing the campaign, saying it respects donors’ privacy. Consumers’ Research says it will run the ads on CNBC, Fox Business and local stations in the cities where the companies are headquartered. There will also be an online component to the campaign.

Here’s another:
A similar group is targeting the Biden administration for siding with teacher unions against parents and children.
Houston Keene reports at FOX News:
$1M ad campaign accuses Biden of working with dark money, teachers unions, to keep schools closed
A government accountability group is launching a $1 million advertisement campaign against President Biden and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) after it was revealed the agency regularly communicated with a prominent teachers union regarding school reopenings.
Americans for Public Trust (APT) launched a million-dollar ad campaign going after Biden and the CDC after it was recently revealed the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) lobbied the organization on school reopenings.
According to a script exclusively obtained by Fox News, the ad, called “Science,” opens with a clip of Biden telling Americans to “listen to the scientists” and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci saying to get “children back to school.”

These ads are getting some well-deserved attention on cable news.

It's time for them to start serving their customers and stop serving woke politicians. pic.twitter.com/5UHxufylVM

So we’re putting money in the pockets of woke media companies to complain about other woke companies.
Something seems a bit off about that.
All those useless women’s degree holders wind up working in the HR department.
And, they force employees to toe the line or their careers are over.
“Dark money”? The media is trying to scare us with that phrase. Dark money is bad, you see, unless it’s being used by all the interlocking progressive NGOs and advocacy organizations that are trying to pull us down. Then dark money is okay.
As Ace points out, we have to be careful with “Consumers Research”, as this could easily be just another group of grifters. But if they’re being useful right now then we can sit back and enjoy the show.
This is a great idea, but where are these ads supposed to be running?
For the past 40 years, you’ve never seen a single TV ad for the NRA, because no network or local station would run them, at any cost.
So how is this going to work any differently?
Woke and [morally] broke. Affirmative action, not affirmative discrimination.
That said, diversity of individuals, minority of one. Baby Lives Matter.
My favorite woke corporation to target is Procter & Gamble. They have so many product categories to target – laundry, dishwashing, grooming, tooth paste and tooth brushes, etc.
Love Love Love these. I’m so glad someone is spending on this. There needs to be a serious and personal pushback.
If this doesn’t work, call out board members next. You can’t cover bad business with faux morality … at conservatives expense forever.
Republicans buy sneakers too
This is something we need to all do.
I wish they had started by aiming lower, boycotts are extremely difficult to pull off and after you do an unsuccessful boycott you lose credibility so lets all try and help this thing succeed.
It’s about time , finally some push back from the right . I am so sick of seeing all the lies from the left always on TV over and over again and somehow we have gotten to a point where if you say something enough times even if it’s untrue it starts to be considered to be truth . Between the media who really are actually just lobbyists for the Dems spreading misinformation
and the current administrations lies that just go unchecked and somehow nobody calls them out on it , till now next let’s see something about the NBA and LeBron and their dealings with China .
I would like a detailed list of woke companies. Exactly how they are woke, and what their products are.
