James O'Keefe of Project Veritas has released a video that exposes Ohio's Democratic Senate candidate Ted Strickland's real positions on coal and guns while confirming that the Democrats have given up on his campaign. According to Strickland, 87% of Ohio's energy comes from coal, but he admitted on camera that coal isn't a big deal to him:
"No, I'm not big on coal. I'm not big on coal. I understand coal. Coal is dying," he said.
Yeah, it's no wonder why the United Mine Workers of America decided to endorse Strickland's opponent Sen. Rob Portman.

The GOP has recently gained momentum in its race to keep the majority in the Senate, but a slip of the tongue from incumbent Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) could bring everything down. During her debate with her opponent Gov. Maggie Hassan, Ayotte told the moderator she considers GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump a role model:
“I think that certainly there are many role models that we have and I believe he can serve as president, and so absolutely I would do that,” she said awkwardly.
Democrats wasted no time jumping on her comments and using it to their advantage. It may just work

On Wednesday, Romanian hacker known as Guccifer announced he hacked into the Clinton Foundation. He showed a screenshot of folders he found in the foundation's server, which included "docs and donors lists of the Democratic committees, PACs, etc." He then asks if this surprises anyone, but it did raise a few red flags. It turns out, people have discovered that a lot of his new "findings" actually belong to a previous hack on the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). Plus, Clinton Foundation officials said no one could find proof that someone hacked its server.

Republicans have fought against Obamacare from the beginning, but now Democrats have started to pile on. President Bill Clinton recently lashed out at the system at a rally in Michigan:
“You’ve got this crazy system where all the sudden 25 million more people have healthcare and then the people are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half,” Clinton said. “It’s the craziest thing in the world,” he said.

You may recall the House Democrats' big gun control sit-in back in June. They've now moved on to phase two of their gun control campaign, demanding a vote. NBC News reports:
House Democrats Renew Push for Gun Control Votes House Democrats made a renewed push for votes on gun control measures on Wednesday — nearly three months after they staged a sit-in on that chamber's floor demanding action.

In the same way that Democrats and the media kept Hillary's health out of the news until it could no longer be ignored, they're now working together on the explanation. Clearly, someone sent out a memo which suggested the words "power through" should be used in every response. The Washington Post got the memo:
Clinton's impulse to 'power through' with pneumonia set off cascade of problems ...Then on Sunday, Clinton's plan to “power through,” as her top aides later called it, finally unraveled. She abruptly left the Sept. 11, 2001...

The rise of Donald Trump has divided the GOP more than ever, leading many to worry if the party could maintain their majority in Congress whether he wins or loses the presidency. The Democrats have noticed and now Politico reports that Hillary Clinton plans to raise $1 billion to defeat the vulnerable GOP members of Congress:
The new concern inside the highest levels of Republican politics is that Hillary Clinton will raise $1 billion for Democrats and the party will train some of their efforts -- and that money -- on defeating House and Senate Republicans. Party leaders privately concede that the Senate could be lost either way. But senior House Republicans say they’re in good shape across the country, and see no evidence that the control of the chamber is in play.

A young woman who is a Republican apparently tried to infiltrate the Russ Feingold campaign but she was sniffed out through profiling. Aren't Democrats against that sort of thing? Ashe Schow reports at the Washington Examiner:
Feingold campaign outs an infiltrator by profiling her A young Republican attempted to infiltrate the Russ Feingold campaign but was quickly discovered. The reason she first raised suspicion, however, appeared to be due to profiling.

It's hard to argue with Rudy Giuliani on this point. Democrats have embraced the Black Lives Matter movement which has an open dislike of police officers. He also points out that Hillary Clinton snubbed the largest police officer union in the country. The FOX News Insider has the details:
Giuliani: 'The Democratic Party Has Become an Anti-Law Enforcement Party' Rudy Giuliani joined the "Fox and Friends Weekend" co-hosts today to react to the revelation that Hillary Clinton has "snubbed" the largest police union in the country. Giuliani said the fact that Clinton isn't seeking the endorsement of the National Fraternal Order of Police is indicative of a shift among Democrats.

Sunday night I created the hashtag #DemocratWarMovies and before long, it actually started trending on the site. I figured I'd use this opportunity to explain how I got the idea. All weekend, I watched as the Democrats and the media saturated the airwaves with the Khan family who ranted against Donald Trump at the Democratic National Convention.

The burning of an Israeli flag outside the Democratic National Convention has received a fair amount of press. There's a bigger point here, one I have made many, many times before. The Leftist-Islamist coalition which hates and wants to destroy Israel also hates and wants to destroy the United States. Israel's fight is our fight, and vice versa. And by "our" fight I don't mean just conservatives or Republicans. We have common enemies -- the anarchists, radical leftists, and Islamists -- not because we chose to hate them, but because they chose to hate us. The video of the Israeli flag burning provides proof. As the Israeli flag is being burned, one of the leaders of the group is shouting "Death to the USA power" and someone else asked "where's the American flag":

Anthony Weiner, the disgraced former New York Congressman and husband of Hillary confidante Huma Abedin, has (ahem) inserted himself into the debate over the 2016 election. Weiner has obvious reasons for backing Clinton which go beyond party affiliation and his wife's relationship to the Democratic nominee. If Hillary wins, Weiner will have access to the White House and a host of new career opportunities.

The Democratic National Convention is off to a great start for anyone who enjoys watching the Democratic Party implode under its own internal divisions. Not only are Bernie Sanders supporters putting on a show outside the convention center, they're in the hall and making themselves heard. That's a problem for the people who control the party. Blake Neff reports at the Daily Caller:
Bernie Fans Claim Their Signs Are Being Seized At Convention Bernie Sanders supporters at the Democratic National Convention claim people are seizing pro-Sanders signs in an effort to suppress the heavy support he is receiving on the convention floor.

There were many predictions of violent protests at the Republican National Convention, in light of a series of violent anti-Trump protests around the country. In Chicago, you will recall, protests organized by MoveOn.org and others caused Trump to cancel his appearance at a major university arena. As Jeremy Segal (aka Rebel Pundit) [Featured Image] and Andrew Marcus documented, the Chicago protests were led by anarchists, communists, and open borders protesters.

I have been following the antics of "AG's United for Clean Power," a group of Democratic states attorneys general spearheaded by former Vice President Al Gore, who are threatening Big Oil and climate change skeptics with racketeering statutes. Despite scholarly reminders of this tactics' obvious constitutional abuses and outcries from proponents of First Amendment rights and sound science, the Democratic Party Platform Drafting Committee is keen to adopt the approach.
The committee unanimously adopted a “joint proposal calling on the Department of Justice to investigate alleged corporate fraud on the part of fossil fuel companies who have reportedly misled shareholders and the public on the scientific reality of climate change.” I.e., it wants to criminalize courageous people who still believe it’s okay to think independently, at least about allegedly dangerous manmade global warming.

This story is a perfect example of why everyone hates Congress. The senate tried to pass a bill funding research and prevention of the Zika Virus. Democrats blocked it and fully intend to blame the GOP for any spread of the virus. Politico reports:
Democrats block Zika funding bill, blame GOP Congress is poised for an epic failure in its efforts to combat Zika before lawmakers leave Washington for a seven-week vacation — and it could come back to bite Republicans at the ballot box if there’s an outbreak of the mosquito-borne virus in the United States this summer.

Anxious to shift the national conversation from the worst terror attack on U. S. soil since 9/11, Democrats see an opportunity to accomplish that while simultaneously pushing to disarm law-abiding citizens. Democrats, eager to keep their gun grabbing plans on the front burner, are taking their protest against the Second and Fourth Amendments outside their pillow fort in the House and to town halls, conference tables, and press conferences on Wednesday, June 29th, their designated "day of action." The Hill reports:
Energized by their recent takeover of the House floor, the Democrats are eying a series of tactics and events for members to bring to their home districts through the break, including a "national day of action" designed to remind voters that Republicans have refused to bring the issue on the floor. In a letter sent to all Democrats on Friday, the organizers behind the sit-in urged their colleagues to "build the momentum" created by the protest, in hopes of forcing the Republicans' hands by dint of public pressure.
