I don't like Van Jones's politics, but I respect him for crossing the line when needed and saying the things that everyone needs to hear. The left first went after him when he dared to say that blacks need to worry more about the "white liberal Hillary Clinton supporter." Now they're attacking for having the nerve to work with President Donald Trump's administration on police reform.

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan downplayed the six-block autonomous zone in the city on CNN last night after President Donald Trump demanded she restore order to the city. Durkan claimed the zone is "not an armed takeover" and "more like a block party." Yet, the police chief said their "calls for service have more than tripled." Videos show tension within this zone.

On Wednesday, CBS News senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge shared the bombshell news about acting DNI Richard Grenell’s notification to Congress of the declassified “unmasking list." The list proved that some very high-level Obama administration officials, including then-Vice President Joe Biden and President Obama's Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, "submitted requests to the National Security Agency at any point between 8 November 2016 and 31 January 2017, to unmask the identity of former National Security Advisor” Michael Flynn. Predictably, Biden campaign surrogates and staffers went into attack mode - not just against President Trump and Grenell, but Herridge, too.

CNN host Brian Stelter lost his damn mind on Sunday's Reliable Sources because some people in the media had the nerve to report the news not related to the Wuhan coronavirus. They had the audacity to address the issue that the FBI might have set up former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. Stelter considered it an "obsession" because nothing can ever top the pandemic!

While a lot of pundit claim that the Wuhan coronavirus crisis has damaged Joe Biden's campaign by pushing him off center stage, in fact being off center stage is the best things that's happened to Biden's campaign. Biden obviously had 'cognitive decline' issues -- that's not a medical diagnosis, but an observation any honest person watching him in action the past few months recognizes. He repteadedly loses track of what he is saying, has trouble finding words, and appears to read from notes in what should be spontaneous interviews.

I was interviewed by a major media outlet today about my take on media coverage of Trump's handling of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. Let's see if any of it runs. One point I made is that it is clear that the major media (NYT, WaP0 and the networks other than Fox) frame their coverage and questions so at to seek soundbites that can be used against Trump. It's always a set up, and Trump doesn't fall for it and pushes back, and then we have a dust up.
