Thursday, Judge Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Again. Kavanaugh came out swinging, clearly incensed that his name, reputation, and family have been dragged through hell these last few weeks. If you missed the hearing, we've got you covered.

At 10:00AM ET, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and his accuser Christine Blasey Ford will testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault back in high school. I will update this thread as it goes. You can follow along and watch a livestream.

You had to know California's junior Senator would get in on the anonymous, uncorroborated claim party. Late Wednesday night, Kamala Harris introduced a new accusation against Judge Kavanaugh. Harris claims an anonymous woman alleges a Kavanaugh gang rape party in the back seat of a car. None of the details have been provided.

Embedded below is an interview (pdf.), under oath, with Brett Kavanaugh conducted by the Senate Judiciary Committee majority (Republican) staff, regarding the allegations by Yale classmate Deborah Ramirez, and the new allegations by Michael Avenatti's client Julie Swetnick. The denials are categorical and unequivocal, as they were as to the Christine Blasey Ford accusations. (Prior interview pdf.) Kavanaugh left no gray zone.

Julie Swetnick, via porn attorney Michael Avenatti, is the latest accuser in the Brett Kavanaugh circus. Swetnick did not accuse Kavanaugh of assaulting her but said she attended parties where Kavanaugh participated in the sexual assault of other women, or at least that's the claim in a roundabout fashion. According to a report published by Politico, an ex-boyfriend of Swetnick's filed a restraining order against Swetnick after the two broke up. Apparently, Swetnick was the side chick.

President Donald Trump held a live press conference from New York today and took some questions on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. From Fox News:
In response to a question from Fox News' John Roberts about why the White House did not ask the FBI to investigate allegations made against Kavanaugh by Christine Blasey Ford, the president responded that "there was nothing to investigate." "They didn't know the location, they didn't know the time, they didn't know the year. They didn't know anything," Trump said.
