Democrats and their media cohorts have spent the last four years throwing everything they can dream up at President Trump, hoping against hope that this time it will stick.  That this time, finally, after Russia, impeachment, Ukraine, unfounded accusations of racism, outright lie after outright lie . . . this time the latest invented anti-Trump smear will stick, the needle will move, Trump will lose support.  This time.  For sure.

Last week, a man was injured when a statue hit him on the head as he participated with a Black Lives Matter group to remove it. Popular Mechanics decided to publish an article with instructions on how to topple these statues so you don't get hurt. The magazine claims the article is not an encouragement for people to tear down the statues, though!

There is an effort underway to get me fired at Cornell Law School, where I've worked since November 2007, or if not fired, at least denounced publicly by the school. Ever since I started Legal Insurrection in October 2008, it's been an awkward relationship given the overwhelmingly liberal faculty and atmosphere. Living as a conservative on a liberal campus is like being the mouse waiting for the cat to pounce.
