Following her electoral 2016 electoral loss, Hillary embarked on her Great Delusion Tour. Traipsing about the country, Hillary had reason aplenty why she lost. Conveniently, Hillary's electoral loss was the fault of everyone but her. One of her many campaign foes? White fathers, boyfriends, and husbands. The white patriarchy, you see, has an unseen, powerful influence on white women and was magically able to dissuade them from voting for "the girl", Hillary claimed.

The latest furor is over certain remarks that Trump is alleged to have uttered during a meeting about immigration with Dick Durbin, Lindsay Graham, and "other government officials." His alleged remarks (some of which he has disputed) were criticized variously for both form and content: that the words were vulgar, and that they were bigoted. The most salient thing on which accounts seem to agree is that Trump referred to some countries—perhaps in Africa, perhaps also Haiti—as "shitholes" or "shithole countries." Let's go with that, anyway, as a good possibility.

Last year, we documented the many times losers harassed FCC Chairman Ajit Pai and his family because he had the nerve to unravel net neutrality. THE HORROR. Even though it's over and done with, Pai and his family still face harassment, including racist remarks. Weird, considering that side is supposedly tolerant.

Donald Trump Jr. celebrates his 40th birthday in two weeks. To kick off the birthday festivities, several friends held an early birthday party for Don Jr. at a Dallas restaurant. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz attended the party. Because it's funny, someone brought a cookie cake with the likeness of President Obama from his iconic "Hope" poster iced on the front. The two posed for a picture with the giant cookie, Don Jr. posted it to Instagram, and then the internet lost its mind, hurling Racist™ accusations and the like.

From leaking debate questions to Hillary Clinton to allegedly rigging the Democrat primary in Hillary's favor and from announcing that pro-life Democrats are no longer welcome to funding the Trump dossier, the DNC has come under fire for some pretty outrageous behavior and some deeply disturbing statements and actions. Recently, the DNC was also under fire for former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz's IT employee who was arrested earlier this year and who was one of four under investigation for breaching the U. S. House of Representatives computer system. The DNC has multiple openings in IT, and DNC's Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader sent out an email in which she specifically states that she would "prefer" the openings not be forwarded to "cisgender straight white males, since they're already in the majority."

Cotton. Cotton is now, apparently, a racist symbol that triggers people perusing craft stores. Or it did Daniell Rider. Rider was shopping at the local Hobby Lobby in Killeen, Texas when she passed a cotton decoration. But Rider did not continue on her merry hot gluing way, no, no. Rider decided to take a stand against this vile symbol of oppression. She snapped a picture of the Racist™ faux cotton stem, tapped on her Facebook app, and demanded the retailer remove the decorative stems from their store.

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett accused Las Vegas officers of racial profiling and excessive force after the Mayweather-Mcgregor fight in August. Bennett claimed that the police singled him out and one even threatened to "blow his head off." The NFL backed Bennett's story, but the Las Vegas Metr0 Police Department (LVMPD) has strongly come out and denied all of Bennett's claim. The two arresting officers are Hispanic males. Detective Steve Grammas, the president of the Las Vegas Metro Police Protective Association, has even asked NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to investigate Bennett's actions.

We've been following the Confederate removal mania since the Charlottesville riot. Maryland is the latest to join the party. In the wee hours of Tuesday morning, a Confederate monument was removed from outside the Circuit Court in Ellicott City and donated to museum.

Hate has consumed the news cycle since Charlottesville happened. But you know what's more affective? Stories of love. Yes, it sounds cliché, but it's true. Love and positive change. How about a story about a man who went from a member to the KKK to a Catholic priest? That's what happened to Father William Aitcheson of the Catholic Dioceses of Arlington in Virginia. The events in Charlottesville affected him on a personal level and he decided to use his past as teaching tool.

Late Sunday night, under cloak of night, the University of Texas at Austin sneakily removed three Confederate statues from campus. No prior notice was given, but construction crews toiled through the night beneath bright lights behind the protection of police-guarded fences to remove statues of Robert E. Lee, Albert Sidney Johnston, and John Reagan.
