For years we’ve been covering incitement on the part of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and its failure to prepare Palestinian society for a resolution of the conflict via non-violent means. The PA is viewed by the West as the ‘moderate’ Palestinian body and Israel’s supposed ‘partner for peace’, but as we’ve repeatedly highlighted, its officials routinely demonize Israel and glorify terrorists as national heroes. Young people are exposed to this radicalization, as schools and educational programs justify and condone the use of violence.

For years, the Palestinian activist Issa Amro has told credulous journalists that he is “inspired by Gandhi” and firmly committed to “non-violent resistance.” One of the most recent examples is a puff piece by the Washington Post’s Ishaan Tharoor, who describes Amro as an admirable “nonviolent dissident” and suggests he might even be considered a “Palestinian Gandhi.” But as I will show, it would have taken only a quick look at the recent social media activity of Amro and his group Youth Against Settlements (YAS) to realize that the image he presents to journalists may just be a flimsy façade that hides an intense hatred of Israel and a burning ambition to see the world’s only Jewish state replaced by yet another Arab-Muslim majority country.

Yesterday a Palestinian terrorist stabbed an Israeli in a supermarket in the Israeli town of Yavneh. We have seen Palestinian knifing attacks a lot in recent years, as part of the so-called Knife Intifada. The savagery includes numerous instances of women and families knifed in their homes by intruders who often are teenagers incited by Palestinian Authority and social media. Among the many knifing attacks we have covered is the knife attack on a family while having Sabbath dinner and a 13-year old Israeli girl stabbed to death in bed by 17-year old Arab terrorist. Just recently we covered the Israeli chef who stymied a Palestinian stabbing attack with wood pizza tray.

Israeli, Jewish and Conservative media have been widely reporting about a Davis, California, Imam who called for the annihilation of Jews in a sermon after the Israelis installed metal detectors then entrances to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The mainstream media has almost completely ignored the story. But it turns out there is a second Californian Imam who engaged in similar incitement. As we have reported, the metal detectors were installed after three Islamic terrorists murdered two Israeli policemen with weapons hidden in the al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple Mount. After Palestinian violence, including the murder of three Israelis having Sabbath dinner, and Jordan effectively holding Israeli diplomats hostage, Israel agreed to the hostage release in exchange for removing the metal detectors. That move did nothing to satisfy the Palestinians, who have announced yet another day of rage and called for a widespread uprising on Friday.

After three Islamic terrorists used weapons hidden at the Al-Aqsa Mosque to kill two Israeli policemen, Israel placed metal detectors at the entrances to the Temple Mount. Just as there are already metal detectors to enter the Western Wall area, the holiest place at which Jews are allowed to pray. The placement of metal detectors led to a wave of Palestinian violence (including the stabbing death of three Israelis having Sabbath dinner). There were many other threats of holy war against the Jews incited not just by Palestinians, but also by other Muslim leaders around the world.

Yesterday there was another savage attack on an Israeli family by a Palestinian intruder who entered the house and butchered as many people as he could before being shot. The attack comes amid increasing incitement to violence after Israel installed metal detectors leading to the Temple Mount, after two Israeli policemen were killed by terrorists who hid their weapons in and around al-Aqsa Mosque. We detailed that attack and the incitement in our post, Palestinian “Day of Rage” ends the way all their other Days of Rage ended.

We reported a week ago about an Arab terrorist attack at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It started with weapons hidden at the Al Aqsa Mosque, which then were used by three Israeli Arabs to carry out the attack on Israeli policemen just outside the compound. Two Israeli Druze policemen were killed. The terrorists fled back to the Temple Mount, where they were shot dead. One of the attackers even played dead, only to leap up with a knife in hand to stab more policeman, before he was shot.

Shortly after 7:00 a.m. Friday, Israeli time, three Israeli Arab terrorists opened fire near the Temple Mount, killing two Israeli policemen, and then fled onto the Temple Mount where the attackers were killed by Israeli police.  The two policemen killed were Israeli Druze. In dramatic video, one of the attackers "played dead" only to rise to try to stab the police. He was shot dead in the act. The attack at this location was a clear attempt not just at terror, but to stoke wider conflict.

Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) has reported that the village council of Burqa will not budge on their decision to name a women's center after terrorist Dalal Mughrabi. The UN lashed out at the center for glorifying a terrorist and Norway demanded a refund of its donations to the center, as we previously reported. According to PMW, village council head Sami Daghlas hails Mughrabi a hero. After all, she took part in a massacre that killed 37 people, including 12 children:
"The center has no intention of caving in to the pressure and change its name, the head of village's council, Sami Daghlas, said... He said the name Dalal Mughrabi was chosen by the villagers to commemorate a Palestinian hero (emphasis added, Ed.) who sacrificed herself for her country and therefore they have no intention to change its name regardless of the price."

Has the world ended? The UN has actually lashed out at the Palestinian Authority after the Palestinian NGO "Women's Technical Affairs Committee" (WTAC) named a women's center after terrorist Dalal Mughrabi, a member of the Fatah faction of the Palestine Liberation Organization. Norway stepped in as well, demanding the PA refund money the country donated for the center and remove the country's name. Mughrabi led and participated in the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre. She and other terrorists "hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Road and killed 38 civilians, 13 of them children, and wounded over 70." The Palestinian Authority has a deep affection for the terrorist since it has named three schools and a computer center after her. It has even thrown birthday celebrations for her.

Donald Trump will be leaving Saudi Arabia overnight (Eastern time) and flying directly to Israel. That direct flight itself is historic, since the Saudis do not allow flights directly to or from Israel. One of his first stops in Israel will be the Western Wall, the holiest place at which Jews are permitted to pray. The holiest place is the Temple Mount. As Prof. Miriam Elman has explained, Jews are not permitted to pray on the Temple Mount, where conquest mosques and monuments have been built on top of the ancient Jewish Temples. That prohibition is both theological and geo-political.

In mid-April we wrote about the terrorist murder of Hannah Bladon, Palestinian terrorist stabs British student to death on Jerusalem Light Rail. Hannah was in the wrong place at the wrong time. She gave up her seat to a woman holding a baby, and thus put herself standing next to the Palestinian man who would stab her to death. As is all too common now, this appears to be another case of a Palestinian engaging in terrorism due to personal problems, rather than ideology, in an attempt (failed this time) to get themselves shot to death in the act, what is described as “suicide by Israeli cop”:

Next week at the annual FIFA Council and Congress to be held in Manama, Bahrain, member states are expected to deliberate and vote on a set of recommendations that include having the IFA (Israeli Football Association) thrown out of the organization. FIFA—International Federation of Association Football—is the governing body of international soccer. It’s among the world’s most important sports organizations. At issue is a two-year-long campaign by the Palestinian Football Association (PFA) and a host of anti-Israel ‘human rights’ groups to have FIFA suspend IFA membership on account of its inclusion of six football teams that play in Judea and Samaria/the West Bank, what the PFA and its supporters call “stolen land.”

Last Friday we reported on the stabbing death of Hannah Bladon, Palestinian terrorist stabs British student to death on Jerusalem Light Rail: That stabbing took place as Jews were gathering in the Old City for Passover. While some have tried to write this off as not a terror attack because the attacker had a history of mental illness, in fact the incident fit a pattern in the so-called Stabbing Intifada of Palestinians with personal or emotional problems acting out with murderous intent to regain family or personal honor, What motivates Palestinians who commit “suicide by Israeli cop”? The Times of Israel reports that the attacker did, in fact, have that motivation:

A favorite chant of anti-Israel students on U.S. campuses is "Long Live the Intifada." The First and Second Intifadas were marked by extreme violence directed at Israelis, with suicide bombings being the hallmark of the Second Intifada. It was the suicide bombing campaign starting in 2001 during the Second Intifada, masterminded by the likes of fugitive from U.S. justice Ahlam Tamimi, that led to the building of the security barrier (in some places a wall, in most places a fence). That security barrier, which anti-Israel activists libelously call the "Apartheid Wall") was in important factor in ending the Second Intifada, but not before almost 1000 Israelis were killed.

You probably have heard the term "suicide by cop." It refers to attacks on police that are intended by the assailant to be met with deadly force. A 2014 FBI study provided this description:
Suicide by cop (SBC) is a situation where individuals deliberately place themselves or others at grave risk in a manner that compels the use of deadly force by police officers. There are many known SBC-specific risk factors, warning signs, and triggers.[1] Individuals who feel trapped, ashamed, hopeless, desperate, revengeful, or enraged and those who are seeking notoriety, assuring lethality, saving face, sending a message, or evading moral responsibility often attempt SBC.[2] In the field of suicide prevention, SBC has received little attention.
The FBI report also explained the psychological dynamic, and how it usually is not a spontaneous occurrance:
