If you have read my writings at the Legal Insurrection blog for any time, you know that one of my favorite poems is The Second Coming by William Butler Yeats.

We have been warning for years about the pernicious and corrosive impact of the racialization of education under the umbrellas of Critical Race Theory and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

The past two months I’ve frequently thought about Psalm 30, recited by Natan Sharansky in 1986 upon his release from the Soviet Gulag and transfer to West Germany and eventually Israel: “I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.”

The Equal Protection Project (EqualProtect.org) of the Legal Insurrection Foundation was launched in late February 2023 to fight the spread of 'Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion' discrimination. The upcoming Supreme Court affirmative action ruling will make the fight even more important, in ways you may not expect. DONATE to join us in this fight at a critical juncture.

Hard to believe it's been almost two years since we launched criticalrace.org. It's a project that I'm very proud of and one that continues to grow and flourish. More importantly, I'm proud of the resource and tool we have created and the impact it is having in so many spheres.

As we approach the end of 2022, I wanted to give you an update on what's been doing at Legal Insurrection Foundation and our various websites, what we have planned for 2023, and to introduce you to our next big thing, the Equal Protection Project. You can DONATE to join us in this effort.

I’ve written for years about the loss of institutions, how almost everything has been captured and weaponized. A main focus at Legal Insurrection has been to publicize and chronicle this collapse. If you don’t see the problem, you can’t protect yourself and those around you. DONATE

My name is Kemberlee Kaye. I'm the Director of Operations and Editorial Development at the Legal Insurrection Foundation. I’m reaching out to you because recent events have raised the alarm as to the destruction of our educational system, and worse, the destruction of childhood innocence.
