Democrats and their media cohorts are scrambling to figure out what to do about Joe Biden's self-inflicted court packing problem. Biden, as we noted yesterday, not only asserted that American voters "don't deserve" to know where he stands on court packing but made the absurd statement that Republicans are "court packing" by lawfully filling an open seat on the Supreme Court.  A move Biden ludicrously claims is "not constitutional."

Swedish 'climate activist' Greta Thunberg on Saturday threw her support behind Democratic candidate Joe Biden as the presidential election enters its final leg. "Just get organized and get everyone to vote Biden," the 17-year-old activist told her four million followers on Twitter.

President Donald Trump and Joe Biden faceoff tonight at 9 PM ET in the first debate moderated by Chris Wallace. This should be delicious, especially since Biden cannot evade Wallace.

Democrats have spent months pressing Joe Biden not to concede the election, in Hillary Clinton's words, "under any circumstances."  They've been war-gaming what to do if President Trump wins the election by winning the Electoral College (and losing the meaningless popular vote).  They've made it quite clear that the only acceptable result to them is a Biden win.

The first presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump is happening on Tuesday night. Democrats are playing it cool, but there is real concern about how Biden will perform. In a format like this, Biden is on his own. There is no campaign handler who can suddenly step in and shut down the event by saying "OK, thanks so much everyone."
