Peter Fonda is Hitler.
Democrats have not kicked this many people out of diners since the 1950’s!
The Red Hen…well they got the red correct. I remember the lunch counter sit ins of the early 1960s. The one here in North Carolina that got so much attention took place about 30 miles from where I grew up. The owners of these lunch businesses used very similar ‘reasoning’ for their discrimination as the head Red Hen there in Va.
If the point is to make Trump voters feel besieged: mission accomplished, they do feel besieged. I’ve seen it. People are giving in to their emotions even on the conservative side because they don’t know where it’ll end. The blame game is unproductive. It’s just healthier not to get sucked into someone else’s game.
Someone, can’t remember who, may have been Rush, may have been Hoyt, may have been Adams, was pointing out that the radical left has done the equivalent of turning off all of their smoke detectors and genuinely has no idea that people outside their bubble are even bothered by this, and that they’re going to just keep pushing the accellerator until they run into a brick wall they had no idea was there.
The question is when, and, how bad?
So far, as troubling as it is to watch, the harm has been mostly to them (publicity damage). Who’s to say it will stay that way.
Until November, stay calm and then vote vigorously.
Well, fine. We have New Rules.
Harassment policies for science fiction conventions are all the rage. Many big name authors and others are threatening to boycott conventions that don’t have policies regarding harassment. Here’s how I propose modifying these policies, given The New Rules:
I don’t think Democrats are going to like The New Rules.
