Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) faces a lawsuit from a former staffer who claimed the congresswoman fired her after she said a former employee of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) raped her in 2015.

German army has caught an Iranian spy working in its ranks. A 50-year-old German-Afghan man has been arrested on charges of spying for Iran's Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS). The man, named by the state prosecutor as Abdul Hamid S., has been passing on sensitive military intelligence to the Iranian spy agency for many years, the local newspaper reports said.

Federal authorities arrested Hashar Jallal Taheb, 21, from Cumming, GA, after he allegedly plotted to attack the White House. From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
Hasher Jallal Taheb, 21, of Cumming, was taken into custody in Gwinnett County while allegedly trying to exchange his vehicle for explosives. He later appeared in court in downtown Atlanta in the case brought by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Authorities said Taheb was acting alone and they made no accusation that he had ties to any terrorist group. He was arrested after a tip from a resident who said the young man had been radicalized.

Monday, I blogged about Gillette's new ad which used the  30 year birthday of their slogan “the best a man can get” to shame all decent men for the actions of sleaze bags. The ad campaign is premised on men not being "at their best" and having loads of work to do to satisfy the toxic feminism that's weaseled its way into the current culture.

Following the British parliament's rejection of Prime Minister Theresa May's Brexit deal, the EU Council President, Donald Tusk, has told the country to stay in the bloc. "If a deal is impossible, and no one wants no deal, then who will finally have the courage to say what the only positive solution is?" the top EU official wrote on Twitter.
