The Department of Justice released the FISA documents, 412 pages total (pdf.), related to the surveillance of Carter Page, an advisor to President Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. The heavily redacted documents show that officials used "the infamous and unverified Steele Dossier" to receive the warrant in 2016 and the renewals.

The last time we visited the Environmental Protection Agency, its regulation-slaying head Scott Pruitt had resigned over “the unrelenting attacks” on him and his family, which “are unprecedented and have taken a sizable toll on all of” them. As I suspected, the left's victory over Pruitt was hollow. Acting EPA Chief Andrew Wheeler has directed the agency to ease Obama-era standards on the disposal of coal ash, a move expected to be the agency’s first revision of the standards.

Asher Shalom is a legal immigrant from Israel and businessman who employs many immigrants. He recently opened a new cafe in the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles. Locals and the business community were welcoming until it became known that Shalom had shared something on social media which showed support for Trump's immigration policies.

Vice President Mike Pence is slated to make an appearance at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee this weekend. The event isn't sponsored by the school, it's a campaign event to support Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn. Even so, students at the school are petitioning to keep Pence from visiting.
