I fully recognize that every year, someone dies a senseless death from a bullet falling back to the ground. That said, every time I hear a warning about firing guns into the air, I think first of ¡Three Amigos! and Chevy Chase's character, Dusty Bottoms, accidentally shooting the Invisible Swordsman in an attempt to fire into the air.

On Thursday night, a fire raged through a building in the Bronx, which killed 12 people, including four children. In almost every case, though, there is no reaction from the soldiers, so the video and photos are spun as reflecting "brave" Palestinian children and the "weak" Israeli soldiers.

This is a fascinating story. It's not every day that you see the founding of a new college. A Boston area business man named Finny Kuruvilla is putting up millions of his own to found Sattler College as a conservative Christian school in Boston.
