Maybe, just maybe, we're all just sick of his self-righteous victim mentality. A poll released this morning by Morning Consult/Politico showed that two-thirds of voters (64%) did not watch any of the interviews that James Comey gave on ABC, CNN, MSNBC, and NBC.

Brace yourself: Green justice warriors will be out in force this Sunday. It's the 48th anniversary of Earth Day. Every year since 1970, we have been treated to self-righteous, humanity-deriding antics of environmental activists . . . who usually leave mountains of garbage behind after their celebrations of Earth conclude.

This is so perfect. Former FBI Director Comey has been on one heckuva book tour promoting his tell-all drama, "A Higher Loyalty." Comey's been busy filming interviews on broadcast and cable news channels, chatting with radio hosts, but it's starting to look like he's preaching to the choir. During a book event in D.C. Monday, press filled the Dupont Circle Kramer Books. Conspicuously absent? Normal people.

Two black men were arrested at a Starbucks Coffee store in Philadelphia last week after getting a call from a store manager. The men arrested attempted to use the store's bathrooms without purchasing anything and then refused to leave. They were reportedly meeting with a real estate investor.

Do I really have to say this? Apparently so. The culture wars are exhausting. The best parts of life once meant to be an entertaining escape are now plagued with revisionary idiocy. Not even Indiana Jones is safe.

I was a big fan of the original Roseanne during its original run from 1988 to 1997. So, when I learned that Roseanne Barr would be reviving the show and portraying a very vocal Trump supporter, I made sure to catch it.

A Harris County grand jury indicted Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Michael Bennett on a federal charge of injury of the elderly at the 2017 Super Bowl that took place at Houston's NRG Stadium. Bennett allegedly forced his way through security to get on the field to celebrate with his brother and the New England Patriots. He allegedly injured a 66-year-old paraplegic woman on the security team.

Cue Twilight Zone music.  I was flipping through the four channels my antenna picks up, and happened across Ellen, the daytime talk show hosted by Ellen DeGeneres.  She was interviewing Ellen Pompeo, who plays the title character Meredith Grey on Grey's Anatomy, and they were discussing income inequality.  Imagine my surprise when the two Ellens began to sound like Bill Whittle on wealth creation.

Actress Cynthia Nixon, better known as Miranda from Sex and the City, has announced her candidacy for New York governor via Twitter. She has never run for elected office (sound like someone we all know?) and will take on two-term Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the Democratic primary.
