Beto O’Rourke Tag

There was a gun control forum in Las Vegas on Wednesday, one day after the 2 year anniversary of the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting that left 58 dead and hundreds more injured. Instead of it being a run of the mill forum full of Democrats all agreeing with each other on Orange Man Bad and the supposed need to curb 2nd Amendment rights, there were some fireworks between Beto O'Rourke and Pete Buttigieg.

Former Vice President Joe Biden maintains his strong lead in the latest Morning Consult poll. This is the first one since the third Democratic debate last week. Biden holds on at 32% with Sen. Bernie Sanders in second place at 20%. Robert O'Rourke spent the debate and the time since then promising to grab our AR-15s and AK-47s. He found out the hard way that us Americans want to keep our guns because he barely moved in this poll.

As his campaign flounders, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Robert O'Rourke did what anyone else would do. He crossed the Rio Grande into Mexico to campaign with asylum seekers. Oh, wait. That does not make sense since those people cannot vote until they become citizens.

Democrats have amped up their inflammatory rhetoric in recent weeks concerning the humanitarian crisis at the border, from jumping on the false "internment camp" narrative to pushing the absurd Nazi concentration camp comparisons some members of Congress have irresponsibly thrown around over the last week. But just when you think they couldn't sink any lower, they did.

Just a few months ago, people were saying Beto O'Rourke might be the "white Obama." Now he is watching his support and momentum collapse. If the ratings for his CNN town hall event this week are any indication of his future, it might be time for him to call it a day.

Oh for the love of everything in this world. Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Robert O'Rourke put his tail between his legs and became a beta male on the set of The View as a way to relaunch his campaign. How? Just that horrible white male guilt that every white male has to feel because feelings. Instead of giving credit to hard work for where he is now, he "acknowledged that his background and position of white male privilege has helped him advance in his career."
