Is 2020 an adjective yet? Because this is so 2020. Fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken will drop their signature "finger lickin' good" slogan saying the “slogan doesn’t feel quite right" during a pandemic. Instead, they'll just go with "it's good!" which is just lame. But they didn't ask me.

It's not clear what triggered comedian John Oliver's hate of Danbury, Connecticut, but in a segment, Oliver said "fuck Danbury" and proceeded to bash the quaint little town. In response, the Mayor of Danbury announced the renaming of the sewage plant to "John Oliver."

So first of all, Rep. Ocasio-Cortez spoke for over 90 seconds, but that matters far less than the fact that she used her tiny pre-recorded time slot to endorse Sen. Bernie Sanders for president over the presumptive nominee, former Vice President Biden.

Tuesday afternoon, the USPS Postmaster General Louis DeJoy released a statement saying he'll postpone any substantial operational changes until after the election.

I've been off the grid for the last three days. Intentionally so. I was very busy attending a Cinderella birthday party (5 out of 5 stars, would do again). When I popped open my laptop last night to prepare the blog for the morning I found that the Democrats and political media world had concocted what has to be THE lamest Trump attack yet -- attacking the... postal service?

During an interview on MSNBC, Democrat Rep. and "squad" member Ayanna Pressley suggested the public target GOP officials who are continue to "carry water" for the Trump administration and further suggested "there should be unrest in the streets as long as there's unrest in our lives." Is that not literally incitement?

These aren't protesters, they're a violent mob. In Portland, the Black Lives Matters mob caused a truck to crash. The driver was drug out of the car, beaten unconscious while his wife was attacked, punched, and tackled to the ground. The mob called the driver the N-word, while beating him. According to recent reports, the driver remains unconscious.

Hilarious. And also telling. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez has been giving a whole 60 seconds for a pre-rerecorded spot at the upcoming Democrat National Convention. Can't risk having her go off-script or having too much time to say anything crazy.

My heart breaks for the families who were under lockdown as rioters broke windows and doors of the Chicago Ronald McDonald House. They are only there because they have a child in intensive care. To deal with that on top of it all? Unimaginable.
