A US official told CNN today that an airstrike probably killed al-Qaeda terrorist Jamel Ahmed Mohammed Ali Al-Badawi, the mastermind behind the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000. The attack killed 17 sailors and injured 39 others. Many believe the terrorist attack "foreshadowed the attack on the US less than one year later on September 11, 2001."

Friday, President Trump confirmed shutdown negotiations would head into the weekend. House Democrats passed a funding resolution that the Senate has yet to take up. Trump is unwilling to budge until funding for a southern border wall is part of the deal and Democrats refuse to write in funding for a southern border wall.

This year's flu season is shifting into a fever pitch, as the disease spreads through the nation. It is the H1N1 strain, which is the same one as the infamous Spanish Flu that struck a century ago. However, today's version isn't nearly as potent.

To the shock of no one, Planned Parenthood has decided to continue supporting the Women's March despite the overwhelming evidence that leaders Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory are anti-Semitic and worship Louis Farrakhan. After all, Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood as a way to cleanse the world of undesirables. However, if you look closely at the statement, you'll find that Planned Parenthood sounds confused by trying to deflect the attention away from the Women's March and place it on President Donald Trump's administration.
