The Senate Judiciary Committee has released its Final Report (pdf.)(full embed at bottom of post) detailing the extensive investigation conducted into allegations of sexual misconduct lodged against Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation proceedings. The report completely clears Kavanaugh. Here is a portion of the Summary (emphasis added):

With the midterm election only days away, it's worth taking a look at what is going on around the web. Democrats have gone from prematurely wallowing in their early-projected blue wave victories to setting up talking points that explain away a less than "wave" showing in Tuesday's midterm.

Late Thursday afternoon Trump gave a speech and then answered questions from the press about policy regarding the caravan of illegal immigrants headed towards the U.S. I listened to it at the time, and here's the text of his remarks. After hearing the speech, I wasn't surprised by the spin given by this CNN headline about it: "Trump says he will restrict asylum, claims troops will shoot at rock throwers." Oh did he, now?

Professor Samuel Abrams is a conservative-leaning tenured professor of politics at Sarah Lawrence College. He is active in Heterodox Academy, a group of almost 2000 academics devoted to intellectual diversity on campus. Prof. Abrams recently wrote an op-ed for the New York Times about the lack of ideological diversity among administrators at his school and elsewhere. The column, titled Think Professors Are Liberal? Try School Administrators, brought together research Prof. Abrams had done on left-leaning bias among college professors and administrators, and how it stifles open debate.

We have run hundreds of bumper stickers and other forms of automobile messaging over the years. This one was sent by reader Norbie a few days ago:

If you want to change hearts and minds, get naked? A Democrat-supporting group did just that. Supposedly, their bare photo shoot is meant to encourage people to vote against Republicans. It's still not clear what getting naked has to do with voting.

Newly sworn in Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh recently visited Georgetown Prep, where he was welcomed with open arms. It's a feel-good story, which provides a stark contrast to the circus that played out in recent months.

Thursday night, Project Veritas released it's latest undercover video. The video appears to show Beto staffers discussing what they know to be improper campaign spending. In the video, various staffers discuss using campaign funds to help incoming immigrants. This is not one staffer suggesting as much nor a volunteer, but several different staffers suggesting (based on the video clips provided by Project Veritas) they're aware using campaign funds is not allowed and go on to discuss ways to skirt the spending rules. One even mentions the possibility that getting busted could invoke a $50,000 fine.
