A disabled Navy veteran has refused to receive an honor from the New Orleans Saints due to some players taking a knee during the national anthem. From NOLA.com:
Retired Navy Cmdr. John Wells, executive director of the national Military Veterans Advocacy, was named a Peoples Health Champion, an award given by the Medicare health insurance advantage organization to citizens over 65 who have made significant accomplishments after reaching "senior citizen" status.

Some anti-Trump folks have come up with the proof-positive that Trump is a bigot, because he demanded the death penalty for the New York Islamic terrorist Sayfullo Saipov, but didn't demand the death penalty for Las Vegas white-guy shooter Stephen Paddock. Ironically, it might actually create a legal problem in obtaining the death penalty for Saipov that a president has made that demand so publicly.

Healing to Action is the Vassar College student group which organized the incitement against me by making false claims that the campus was in danger by my lecture on "hate speech" and free speech. The fabricated claims included that I was posting event information on multiple White Nationalist websites in order to bring people to campus to target minorities, LGBT and Jewish students. The details of those false claims are documented in these posts:

From leaking debate questions to Hillary Clinton to allegedly rigging the Democrat primary in Hillary's favor and from announcing that pro-life Democrats are no longer welcome to funding the Trump dossier, the DNC has come under fire for some pretty outrageous behavior and some deeply disturbing statements and actions. Recently, the DNC was also under fire for former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz's IT employee who was arrested earlier this year and who was one of four under investigation for breaching the U. S. House of Representatives computer system. The DNC has multiple openings in IT, and DNC's Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader sent out an email in which she specifically states that she would "prefer" the openings not be forwarded to "cisgender straight white males, since they're already in the majority."

The House GOP decided to wait a day to release its tax reform bill to smooth out some disagreements. That plan was finally released Thursday and like the framework President Donald Trump's administration released, it reduces the number of tax brackets, eliminates deductions, and reduces the corporate tax rate. But will it be enough to persuade the House Republicans from high-taxed states to pass the bill?

With the New York truck attacker having been identified as an Uzbek national, at least four of the recent high-profile Islamist terror attacks have been carried out by either an Uzbek national or an ethnic Uzbek. This list includes the Stockholm truck attack that killed four and the Saint Petersburg bombing that killed 13. Muslims from former Soviet republics in Central Asia, or the '5 stans,' are one of the largest group serving in the ranks of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq -- perhaps second only to recruits coming from Europe.

While everyone concentrates on the White House, the Democrat Party continues to dive deeper into a civil war. Former interim DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile has taken aim at failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's campaign. Democratic strategist Stanley Greenerg is "still fuming about Hillary Clinton," especially since Democrat candidates are still using her failed tactics.
