I posted last night about how Obama's support among a core constituency, Jews in New York, has cracked. Support for Obama also is cracking among blacks in North Carolina: President Barack Obama is rapidly losing support among  African-American voters in North Carolina, a new poll out today from the...

More from Sandy's road trip: We arrived an intermediate destination, Culver, Indiana, late Friday night. Culver is a small mid-west town in Marshall County, about 50 miles south of South Bend. It is perhaps best known for the Culver Academies, composed of the Culver Military Academy...

Jews are a core Democratic liberal constituency, except for Orthodox Jews. In the greater New York City area, there is a demographic time bomb for Democrats in the form of a surge in Orthodox Jewish children who now constitute over 60% of all Jewish children in the...

Friend of the blog @SGLawrence had her Twitter account mysteriously suspended last night. She has been very active tweeting conservative messages (including many LI posts) and engaging with "others with opposing views" on Twitter. We can't be sure why her account was suspended, but it fits the...

Three O.B.A.M.A. signs are not quite enough.  You shouldn't leave anything up to the imagination. From gone-missing photographer Jason: It's been a while, professor. I have a few recent good ones. Here's the first batch. Taken about a week ago near Durham, NC. ...

You will remember the outrage which swept the airwaves when redistricting by the Republican legislature redistricted Allen West out of existence.  There was a heated dispute whether West was targeted or just the victim of circumstance dictated by law. West ended up switching districts. West discussed it...

Consider this the opening of a time capsule from a gentler, kinder, more delusional era, when love of composite Obama swept the land. In my post Sunday, It made you happy, but it was that bad, I asked readers for suggestions for the best worst Obama-adoring...
