The Food and Drug Administration has just issued an emergency use authorization for convalescent plasma to treat coronavirus. Convalescent plasma treatment utilizes the antibody-reach blood plasma of those who recovered from a infection with the Wuhan Coronavirus, as those antibodies are still capable of destroying more virus. Doctor harvest the plasma and purify it to isolate those antibodies, which are then injected into another patient sick with Covid-19.

Just days after taking office, President Trump signed an Executive Order returning power over health care and insurance to the states.  Although Congressional Republicans clearly have no intention of repealing ObamaCare, Trump went on to further weaken the disastrous health insurance scheme of his predecessor. Democrats are not happy. They attempted on Wednesday to roll back a Trump administration rule that permits states to ignore sections of ObamaCare and to loosen requirements on health insurance that increased costs on individuals and businesses within the states.

President Donald Trump signed the VA MISSION Act into law this afternoon, which gives veterans more health care options in the private sector. Veterans now have the ability "to see private physicians if they do not receive needed treatment from VA medical facilities, as long as it is approved by a health provider."

During his presidential campaign, then-candidate Trump repeatedly spoke of his intent to support life should he be elected. This week he took another huge step in fulfilling this promise with his HHS's announcement of a new conscience and religious freedom division. Additionally, the HHS has announced that it will roll back another Obama era policy: HHS will no longer freeze out states that seek to defund Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.  Last year, the president signed a bill allowing states to defund Planned Parenthood.

Thursday, Trump issued an Executive Order directing federal agencies to draft new regulations allowing employers to form insurance offerings across state lines. Many contend opening up the marketplace will allow more employer flexibility, greater choice, and as a result, lower premiums. Before the ink had dried, a leaked report indicated Trump's plans to throw another blow at Obamacare, this time, by way of subsidy.

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to start loosening some rules associated with Obamacare after the Republican controlled Congress failed many times to repeal the healthcare law. From Fox News:
According to officials, Trump will direct the secretary of labor to consider expanding access to Association Health Plans, which could allow employers to form groups across state lines offering coverage. According to the White House, these plans could offer lower rates.

President Donald Trump's administration has decided to roll back a portion of Obamacare that mandates a private company must include birth control coverage in health insurance plans. From The Washington Examiner:
The new rules allow any employer to be exempt from the mandate "based on its sincerely held religious beliefs" or on "moral convictions." Employers who decide not to provide coverage do not need to inform the federal government but would need to tell their employees about their decision.
