On Sunday, I wrote about Democrat state Rep. Erica Thomas walking back her statement that Cuban anti-Trump Democrat Eric Sparkes told her to "go back where she came from." Since then, she has walked back her walk back and is insisting that he did say that.

Georgia State Rep. Erica Thomas (D) claims to have been "verbally assaulted" by a white man at a Publix and told to "go back where you came from." Apparently, Thomas was in the 10 Items or Less lane, and Eric Sparkes didn't like that and commented to her about it. Thomas went on Facebook and filmed a tearful tirade about how she was berated, called names, and told to go back where she came from. She also says that he told her to "go back to your country."

Republican Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed into law the bill "Living Infants Fairness and Equality (LIFE) Act." This bill "prohibit abortions in the state after a heartbeat is detected, as early as six weeks into a pregnancy."

National Black Law Enforcement group backs Georgia-Israel police exchange program

The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and the Georgia Council on American Indian Concerns (GCOAIC) have issued statements condemning the virulently anti-Israel and undeniably antisemitic campaign known as “Deadly Exchange”.

Hasher Jallal Taheb, 21, of Cumming, was taken into custody in Gwinnett County while allegedly trying to exchange his vehicle for explosives. He later appeared in court in downtown Atlanta in the case brought by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Authorities said Taheb was acting alone and they made no accusation that he had ties to any terrorist group. He was arrested after a tip from a resident who said the young man had been radicalized.
