Kemberlee Kaye is the Senior Contributing Editor of Legal Insurrection, where she has worked since 2014 and is the Director of Operations and Editorial Development for the Legal Insurrection Foundation. She also serves as the Managing Editor for CriticalRace.org, a research project of the Legal Insurrection Foundation.

She has a background working in immigration law, and as a grassroots organizer, digital media strategist, campaign lackey, and muckraker. Over the years Kemberlee has worked with FreedomWorks, Americans for Prosperity, James O'Keefe's Project Veritas, and US Senate re-election campaigns, among others.

Bowe Bergdahl will serve no jail time for deserting his Afghanistan post in 2009 leaving other soldiers endangered, a military judge concluded Friday. Bergdahl will instead be dishonorably discharged and required to surrender "pay equal to $1,000 per month for 10 months," Politico reported.

Tuesday, federal authorities arrested a Georgia man for allegedly threatening the life of Republican South Carolina lawmaker, Sen. Tim Scott. According to local news reports, Jason Kenneth Bell was arrested for calling Sen. Scott's office almost a dozen times, threatening to kill him.

The Israeli army blew up an attack tunnel, "stretching from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry said in the deadliest incident in the coastal enclave since the 2014 Gaza war," reported the Times of Israel Monday.

The world has gone mad, but thank the Good Lord for the National Park Service. A group wanting to bring construct a 45-foot-tall naked lady opposite of the Washington Monument on the National Mall was denied a permit by the National Park Service. The NPS expressed concern that the structure would detract from established historical monuments and possibly damage underlying turf.

I simply cannot wrap my head around this one. Wednesday, two women made publicly accused former President HW Bush of sexual assault, not harassment, assault. The first, which prompted the second, jumped aboard the #MeToo train (we discussed that here) saying four years ago, the wheelchair bound former President patted her rear during a photo op.

PragerU, an online purveyor of educational videos run by its namesake, Dennis Prager, filed a complaint against Google and YouTube Monday. The complaint alleges unlawful censorship and discrimination of first amendment rights. YouTube, which is a subsidiary of Google, has on numerous occasions censored PragerU videos. Often, restricted or demonetized videos aren't even what most would consider controversial subject matter, but offers opinions from a conservative point of view. “Why America Must Lead,” “The Ten Commandments: Do Not Murder,” “Why Did America Fight the Korean War,” and “The World’s Most Persecuted Minority: Christians" have all been dinged by YouTube.

Megyn Kelly's daytime talk show is not doing well. At all. We've covered some of the train wreck here. In what looks like a sad attempt to give her ratings a desperately needed bump, Kelly used the beginning of Monday's show to claim she complained about now former Fox News host, Bill O'Reilly's behavior while both were still employed by the network. O'Reilly was fired months ago over sexual harassment allegations.
