I’d go further. Is she actually human? Her appearance is so… alien. As if she is from a real life version of “Third Rock from the Sun” (non-comedy version) but the aliens are still working out the bugs in the beta version.
She does represent the death knell for Seattle however. I’m not so sure that’s a bad thing except I do not (emphasis on the NOT) want a single dime of federal money to be spent there when it finally collapses.
