Why Won’t Biden Accept an Interview With Fox’s Chris Wallace?

Why Won’t Biden Accept an Interview With Fox’s Chris Wallace?

Biden is “not available.” Wallace said he will ask Biden for an interview “every week.”

https://twitter.com/haydentank/status/1242598627328937984

Where is presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden? I know we have a coronavirus outbreak, but you can do remote interviews.

On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace said he reached out to Biden’s campaign and received a no.

Wallace sat down with President Donald Trump last week. He wanted to know if Biden “could handle the barrage of questioning that Wallace posed to” him.

Good question:

“In our interview last week with President Trump, he questioned whether his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, could handle a similar encounter,” Wallace said. “This week, we asked the Biden campaign for an interview and they said the former vice president was not available.”

He added, “We’ll keep asking every week.”

People slammed failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for not hitting the important states like Michigan. I remember her being casual about the whole thing because how on earth could she lose to Trump?

Polls show Biden leading Trump. Polls also showed Hillary leading Trump.

Did any of you truly and honestly believe Trump would win? Not me.

Do the Democrats think they have it in the bag? Or do they know that “Sleepy Joe” would ruin everything if he kept talking?

We could write a novel with Biden’s gaffes.

But in all seriousness, there have been times where I had concerns about Biden’s mental state. He has a hard time finishing a thought. He cannot remember people he knows well or where he is speaking. He messes up words worse than my grandmother did, God rest her soul. (She called an itinerary “artillery.”)

Look at the blogs we’ve written about Biden.

The Democrats will use the coronavirus pandemic to try to delay debates and everything else. They won’t delay the election!

Say Biden wins. I bet the Democrats won’t allow Biden to emerge until his inauguration.

Because Chirs being a Never Trumper would still have to ask questions. Quid Pro can’t answer questions

I wouldn’t put it past Wallace to pull a Donna Brazille and give him the questions ahead of time.
But any camera time is not positive for Joe.

Tom Servo in reply to lc. | July 27, 2020 at 9:54 am

Biden won’t do any debates with Trump, I’d put money on it. His handlers will find a reason, they’ll make up something stupid – “Joe won’t debate anyone who won’t release their taxes!!!” or something even dumber. It doesn’t matter, Joe won’t do it.

Barry in reply to Tom Servo. | July 27, 2020 at 10:02 am

        You are 100% correct.

They will not, can not, let a lifelong dope with dementia debate President Trump.

mrzee in reply to Tom Servo. | July 27, 2020 at 1:15 pm

Thomas “Always Wrong” Friedman has already suggested the Democrats should insist Trump release his tax returns and agree to a “Fact-checking” panel if he wants to debate.

Notre Dame cancelled the debate scheduled to be held at their school. wuflu worries. Uh huh, sure. Rescheduled elsewhere, but it looks more like they trying to save quid pro slo joe from himself.
I read a lot of conservatives – if they do answer the phone surveys – don’t say they back Trump. Same thing I read about the 2016 election.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to lc. | July 27, 2020 at 10:02 am

Doesn’t really matter if Biden gets the questions ahead of time or not. His mental deterioration is at the point he cannot stay focused and on topic even if he’s simply reading the answer to the questions off a teleprompter or a sheet of paper. And to think he can answer a question off the top of his head is just ridiculous. That’s a non-starter. No matter what, Biden’s bound to get confused/frustrated and go off script on one of his wild tangents and make his trademark insane statements.

    clayusmcret in reply to 2smartforlibs. | July 27, 2020 at 12:05 pm

Biden has nothing to fear from Wallace. Conservatives get the pit bull treatment from him and democrats get the softball treatment. Of course, I’m not sure even Shep-act-alike Chris Wallace could go soft enough to make Dementia Joe look good.

Tommy Two Gears in reply to 2smartforlibs. | July 27, 2020 at 5:24 pm

Heck, Wallace isn’t a “never Trumper” he’s a full-on liberal. Maybe not of the antifa mode but certainly more left than than the average “moderate” dem.

Same concept as when Obama was president: When Obama was out of the spotlight his polling numbers went up. If he was talking too much publicly, his numbers would go down.

    NGAREADER in reply to p. | July 27, 2020 at 9:57 am

    A few reasons;
He can’t keep his thoughts straight.
His numbers are better when people remember him as they like, not how he is. Reality blows that up.
He’ll say something really stupid and then try to explain what he really meant.
His handlers are afraid he will go off the rails.
They believe the polls and think he’s leading. Why mess with a good thing.
    Then there’s an almost endless supply of stuff like this;
“In Delaware, the largest growth of population is Indian Americans, moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to NGAREADER. | July 27, 2020 at 10:13 am

      And:

“Poor kids can do just as well as white kids.”

“When I was a lifeguard kids liked to run their hands up and down my hairy legs.”

“The nurses at the hospital used to blow in my nose to wake me up.”

“There was a mean guy by the name of Corn Pop.”

“120 million have died of the coronavirus.”

“This is my wife.” (while pointing to his sister)

And people wonder why Biden’s handlers don’t want him making public speeches and/or interviews.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to NGAREADER. | July 27, 2020 at 1:20 pm

Yes that describes Obama to a T.

    Neo in reply to p. | July 27, 2020 at 10:58 am

Congress’ numbers have always gone up when they are out on recess.

Technically, it is not Biden refusing the interview, but the puppeteers pulling his strings.
Biden is a vegetable.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to Exiliado. | July 27, 2020 at 1:23 pm

Just like little Ruthie! In fact all the Democratic Party leaders are brain-dead vegetables!

Boy! Talk about a vegetable platter!

Why? Because he is mentally incompetent and his puppet-masters know it.

This is a rhetorical question, right?

Did any of you truly and honestly believe Trump would win?

Yes I did.
In 2016 there were signs out there for anyone who would care to pay attention.
For starters, the Trump rallies vs. Clinton rallies were in total contradiction to what the polls were saying. Trump supporters showed an enthusiasm that was simply not there for Hitlary.
And then there is this tiny little detail that most people ignored back then and continue to ignore today: Hitlary cancelled her fireworks show 2 days before the election. SHE KNEW!

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to Exiliado. | July 27, 2020 at 1:26 pm

    True true.

The Democrats know this year also that they have no way of honestly winning.

That’s why they’ve been doing all the big time cons from impeachment to the Wuhan fake Chinese flu to the riots riots riot!

And another thing: This is pandering to the crowd that calls Fox News Faux News and would be upset if he legitimized Fox News by giving an interview.

Lucifer Morningstar | July 27, 2020 at 9:42 am

Quid Pro Joe can’t even read answers off a piece of paper or teleprompter even if he’s given the questions in advance to formulate said answer. He becomes confused in the middle and starts spouting the most lunatic nonsense (eg. “If you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black!” or “Poor kids can do just as well as white kids.” or “The nurses used to blow into my nostrils to get me awake.” or “The kids like rubbing their hands up and down my hairy legs.” and on and on . . . ). Fake doctor Jill and the rest of his handlers know he’s in an advanced state of mental deterioration and simply won’t allow him do public interviews or speeches for that very reason. The less Joe talks, the better he seems to do in the polls. So no unscripted interviews for Joe.

“Did any of you truly and honestly believe Trump would win? Not me.”

Ahem….

As already mentioned, Biden will never be purposely put in a situation where he has to respond to anything but canned question & answers, and then only for very short periods of 5-10 minutes.

He will not debate President Trump.

He will not meet with Chris Wallace.

CorkyAgain in reply to Barry. | July 27, 2020 at 12:25 pm

His handlers will also want to avoid a live broadcast that can’t be edited and spun by a friendly media outfit before being presented to the public.

What we’ll get instead is a series of carefully-selected snippets and soundbites to accompany the tweets and press releases written by his staff.

Barry Soetoro | July 27, 2020 at 10:51 am

“People slammed failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for not hitting the important states like Michigan. I remember her being casual about the whole thing because how on earth could she lose to Trump?”

Hillary not hitting blue states consider a lock for Democrats wasn’t poor strategy or sloth, she deliberately limited her public appearances because she is so unlikeable and her voice so grating that whenever she spoke in public her approval numbers tanked. She was also seriously ill and did not have the stamina to make “unnecessary” travel and campaign appearances

“ We could write a novel with Biden’s gaffes.”

You could replace every page in the Encyclopaedia Brittanica with Biden’s gaffes.

“Why won’t Biden accept an interview?”

They (the Biden campaign) know. They know just like we know. They just don’t want to admit it. They know Joe’s losing his marbles. Doing so would destroy the money source. Like the abortionists, they know. They know just we know. They all know that they are murdering a child. They just don’t want to admit it. Doing so would destroy their money source.

Leftism is built upon lie after lie.

Just caught a photo of Joe Biden on a milk carton

“Say Biden wins. I bet the Democrats won’t allow Biden to emerge until his inauguration.”

This is where I think you’re wrong. I don’t think Biden would be the person that gets inaugurated. After the election, the dems would immediately move the VP into that role so the transition team could start moving without the disruption of having to push him out.

Neo in reply to james h. | July 27, 2020 at 11:24 am

Of all the times to displace Joe Biden, the worst is between the election and inauguration. This involves making the House decide and invokes the one-state-one-vote regime.
The best time is during the upcoming virtual convention.
2nd best is to have Biden resign on Jan 20th at 12:05PM, after he and VP are sworn in.
The 25th amendment route is probably the 2nd worst path.

CorkyAgain in reply to Neo. | July 27, 2020 at 12:45 pm

We’ve discussed these scenarios many times already. Here’s my take.

Biden will be replaced on the D ticket sometime before the election but after his nomination by the virtual convention.

They’ll wait until after the convention so the decision can be made by the party leaders instead of through a messy democratic process. (Ironic, I agree. But that’s how these commies roll.)

His health will be given as the obvious excuse. They’ll say he’s had a sudden turn for the worse and that’s why emergency steps need to be taken for the sake of country.

Who will replace him on the ticket? I think that’s still up in the air and people are jockeying behind the scenes to land the role. It will have to be someone who is already nationally prominent and they think can excite the base. Not Hillary. Right now, I think Kamala is the frontrunner and if Biden names her as his running mate that will effectively end the competition.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to CorkyAgain. | July 27, 2020 at 1:36 pm

Kamala the current lover of Chicago’s Mayor?

        Snark.

But Kamala will do any thing and every thing in her lust for power.

Milhouse in reply to Neo. | July 27, 2020 at 7:33 pm

      This is not true.

If they replace him before Dec 14, they can put in whomever they like. The loyal D electors will be pledged to vote for whomever the D candidate is, and now the Supreme Court says they can be forced to keep that pledge.

If they replace him after that date, his running mate would automatically take his place.

In neither case would it go to the House.

American Human | July 27, 2020 at 11:30 am

Come on, Chris Wallace? Ol’ Joe would only need to answer a single question:

Chris Wallace: Mr. Biden, why are you so wonderful?

“On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace said he reached out to Biden’s campaign and received a no.”

Come on, Chris! Being a ferocious #NeverTrumper is not enough to gain an audience with the Emperor. Competition is too fierce among the court stenographers of the media.

I’ve Lost My Mind / Parody Lyrics by MrE
TTTO: I Walk the Line / Johnny Cash
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBx_XkfW6oE

I keep a note book with me to remind
A list of all the places dates and times
And the name of my wife and also mine
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

I find I’m very easily confused
I wandered off the camera out of view
Where I’m at I seldom have a clue
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

When I mis-speak you’re ready to explain
When I go off you pull back on my reins
It isn’t easy when the world has changed
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

Sure as I was what’s-his-name’s VP
And I still watch a black and white TV
You’ll never get malarkey from Joe B.
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

I’m O’Biden Bama-crat thru and thru
With your vote I promise this I’ll do
As Senator I’ll fight for you and you
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

I keep a note book with me all the time
With the things that tend to slip my mind
Someone took it and now I’m flying blind
Please help me find, I’ve lost my mind

Actually, it’s Joe’s brain that’s not available.

Joe can’t coherently get through a simple sentence. It’d be on public display. That’s why.

We all know what an idiot Biden is, but who would want to be interviewed by Chris Wallace – an even bigger idiot!

I’ve said it before: Biden will not be the Democrats’ candidate. The poor man is senile.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital | July 27, 2020 at 1:56 pm

Chris and Joe could set up a Twitter date for it.

“More Than 1,000 People Could Access Twitter’s “God Mode”

The admin panel used by hackers to access over one hundred accounts can be used by over 1,000 twitter employees — two former Twitter employees revealed….”

https://www.zerohedge.com/technology/more-1000-people-could-access-twitters-god-mode

Biden cannot interview because he has trouble remembering what he has been told to say. When asked about his failing memory he said, “I was going to take a memory improvement course but I forgot.”

Did any of you truly and honestly believe Trump would win? Not me.

Yes. Because it was bloody obvious, and not just after the election.

But President Slow Joe? He’d be great! The idea of that feeble child molester being in charge of the Nuclear Football should give everyone, American or otherwise, that warm just-pissed-in-your-pants feeling.

Put it this way, If Biden won’t allow Chris Wallace to interview him, who can he trust?

“Truly Extraordinary” “Operation Warp Speed” achieves warp speed

Moderna COVID-19 vaccine enters Stage 3

because:
1) the outstanding leadership of Franklin Raines
2) the outstanding leadership of Joe Biden’s milk carton photo
3) the outstanding leadership of Donald Trump

I still say that if the Dems wanted to put to rest the concerns about Joe’s senile dementia, they’d subject him to a live interview with a panel as hostile toward him as the press corps that Trump has always faced. Let’s see how he handles questions from, say, Tucker Carlson, Ann Coulter, and Michelle Malkin.

Of course that will never happen. But it’s fun to imagine.

Because he’s largely senile and would be exposed.
Captain Obvious is obvious.

Chris wouldn’t throw nothing but soft-balls…
