The drama continues within the chicken sandwich wars! A Tennessee man sued Popeyes for running out of its popular new chicken sandwich. He accused the fast-food restaurant of false advertising and deceptive business practice. He complained the shortage caused him to waste his time because he had to drive around Chattanooga.

The European Union is ready to withdraw the October 31 deadline in a bid to prevent a no-deal Brexit, French President Emmanuel Macron said. The French announcement, reported by the British newspaper Daily Telegraph, comes days after Prime Minister Boris Johnson moved to suspend the nation's parliament for five weeks, a step likely to curb lawmakers' ability to pass resolutions challenging a possible no-deal Brexit.

There has been another walk-back of shame for our press this week. Earlier this week, social media was breathlessly spreading NBC's report that new Trump administration guidelines could potentially deny “birthright citizenship” to the children of American military members abroad.

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey (R) is facing calls for her resignation following the unearthing of a college skit from 52 years ago. Back in 1967, Ivey performed in a skit called "cigar butts" in which she wore blackface. This will be the first test of "Democrat privilege" whereby Virginia Gov. It's also not new news Biden tends to fabricate or embellish stories about himself while on the campaign trail to impress crowds. Just this month alone, he's committed so many blunders and misstatements that most of us have lost count. Thanks to The Washington Post engaging in some actual journalism for a change, we can add "making up war stories that never happened" to the list.

Who could've foreseen the consequences of a movement that promoted believing all women over examining facts and evidence? From campus kangaroo courts to the nationwide #MeToo movement that sought to out serial sexual predators protected by their rank and wealth, #MeToo brought with it consequences of all stripes -- positive, but mostly negative.

Former Democratic Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper dropped out of the presidential race to run for a Colorado Senate seat last week. He did this after he declared he was not "cut out" for the Senate. The Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC) threw its support behind Hickenlooper, another old white male, even though the party always screams out diversity. The endorsement sparked intense anger among the females running to unseat incumbent Republican Sen. Cory Gardener.
