While the Yellow Jackets in Paris are rioting over restrictive new rules, the citizens of California may soon be wearing straight jackets after even more restrictions and mandates flow from Sacramento. Despite a critical housing shortage contributing to the homeless crisis the Golden State is experiencing, bureaucrats have decided to add an expensive, green-justice requirement for new homes.

The number of weapon permits in Germany is soaring to record heights since Chancellor Angela Merkel opened the country's borders to migrants in the spring of 2015. German authorities issued 600,000 basic weapon licenses since 2014, an increase of 130 percent, figures published by the German state broadcaster Deutsche Welle show. The surge in weapon ownership reflects the waning public confidence in the German government's ability to protect ordinary citizens.

Hezbollah had an extensive program to built attack tunnels capable of transferring large numbers of terrorists into northern Israel in a short amount of time. The project, if ever used in war, would have allowed Hezbollah to score a short-term military, and long-term propaganda, victory by seizing towns and territory within Israel. Hezbollah many times has threatened to take the ground war into Israel, and tunnels were to play a key role as they do for Hamas in Gaza.

Although General John Kelly had agreed to stay in his position until 2020, President Trump is reportedly removing Kelly from his position as White House Chief of Staff. Kelly was brought in to replace Reince Priebus and instill order to the chaotic Trump White House, and by all accounts he did an admirable job. Trump has announced that Kelly will leave his position by the end of the year.

A Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Royce Lamberth, has acknowledged in his ruling that Hillary's use of a private email server while in office is "one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency." Lamberth further ordered agencies to work with Judicial Watch and formulate a plan to determine whether or not Hillary's private email server was an intentional attempt to circumvent the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  He gave them 10 days to establish a discovery plan.

A student at DePaul University decided to run for political office this year. He set his sights on an alderman seat in Chicago which hasn't been challenged since 1991. He soon learned that the Chicago machine wasn't going to give up its power easily, even if that meant resorting to fraud.

Elizabeth Warren's presidential ambitions are taking hits from all directions. You expect it from the "dark money" "right-wing" "extremists" Warren complains about.
