No, Governor Cuomo. Just...no. At an event Wednesday, New York Governor Cuomo attempted to mock Trump's "Make America Great Again" campaign slogan. Cuomo led by saying, "We're not going to make America great again. It was never that great."

Federal prosecutors announced an indictment (pdf.) against Rep. Christopher Collins (R-NY) on insider trading charges and lying to the FBI along with his son Cameron Collins and Stephen Zarsky, the father of Cameron's fiancee. The charges stem from the "securities of Australian biotechnology company called Innate Immunotherapeutics, where the congressman served on the board."

A 75-year-old man has been arrested for threatening to kill President Trump supporters, including those of GOP Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY). Democrats are mourning the political loss of resistance fighter and New York AG, Eric Schneiderman, who resigned in disgrace Monday night. Ronan Farrow (who is kicking ass and taking names) along with Jane Mayer were first to report allegations made by four women, all who claim Schneiderman was physically abusive. At least one of the women was not romantically involved with the now former AG. Three of the relationships were consensual, but the alleged violence was not.

Cynthia Nixon is taking the fight to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo aggressively. WABC in New York offered to host a televised debate and Nixon jumped at the chance before Cuomo even had a chance to respond. She also said she wants the debate to be between only the two of them.
