Judge Lawrence Vilardo ruled that some of the claims against the University of Rochester can move forward, but dismissed the others. These people filed the claims over the school’s “alleged handling of complaints against a professor.”

Legal Insurrection has blogged a few times these past two years that Democrats have quietly discussed plans to find someone to primary Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

Republicans have also jumped on the idea. At least seven have filed to run against Ocasio-Cortez in the Democrat-heavy 14th Congressional district.

On Saturday, we covered Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide while in custody (and the resulting #ClintonBodyCount versus #TrumpBodyCount Twitter war that ensued).  One of the questions surrounding reports of Epstein’s suicide was how he could have managed that while—it was widely reported—under suicide watch.
