The Democrats and the media held up New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo as a national leader regarding response to the COVID pandemic Cuomo wrote a book about his leadership and received an Emmy Award for his press conferences. The nursing home deaths that occurred on his watch have never gotten the attention they deserve but that might be about to change.

In April, Democrats and the mainstream media began using Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as a whipping boy for Gov. Andrew Cuomo's pandemic management failures in New York. Florida lawyer Daniel Uhlfelder kicked it up a notch by donning a grim reaper costume and periodically hitting the state's beaches to remind beachgoers about the COVID crisis and to try and shame DeSantis in the process.

In a bizarrely congratulatory, even boastful, article entitled "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election," Time sketches a chilling portrait of a "well-funded cabal" of Democrats, activists, the media, Never Trumpers, unions, Big Tech, and Big Business who conspired to ensure that President Trump lost his reelection bid and was unsuccessful in his efforts to challenge the results.

Since the beginning of the pandemic and the associated lockdowns, thousands of New York residents have been unable to pay their rent. One New York Democrat, State Senator Michael Gianaris, urged Andrew Cuomo to pick up the bill. You knew this was coming, didn't you?

For the last four years, we watched as journalists in the White House press room treated Trump's press people with outright hostility. Now we are learning that the Biden White House has allegedly been asking reporters to submit their questions in advance, presumably so there won't be any surprises. If you watched how the Biden campaign dealt with the press before the election, none of this would surprise you.

ANTIFA celebrated President Joe Biden's inauguration by vandalizing and rioting in Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR. They do not care who is in charge in D.C. They chanted, "F*ck President Biden" as they destroyed businesses in Seattle, WA. The only thing that has changed is the silence from the Democratic leaders even after ANTIFA vandalized the Oregon Democratic Party offices in Portland, OR.

In November, Republican Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina became the youngest member of Congress. You may remember the inspiring speech he gave at the Republican National Convention, where he explained that a car accident left him paralyzed from the waist down. His Democrat opponent just proved that North Carolina voters made the right choice.
