Following reports that there are more than 13,000 unaccompanied minors in U.S. custody and that steady streams of people illegally crossing the border continue to add to an already massive processing backlog for ICE, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has asked for air support to move people to states along the Canadian border, according to the Washington Post.

CBS News reported the Border Patrol's backlog has 4,200 children and has held 3,000 of them past the legal limit. About 9,000 unaccompanied children are at the Department of Health and Human Services facilities. These 4,200 children at border patrol facilities means the U.S. has over 13,000 children in custody.

As the Biden administration settles into its open borders policies, even the media is starting to notice that conditions are not good for those, particularly children, crammed into substandard facilities, often with no Wuhan coronavirus testing or social distancing, masking measures. The CDC even "bent" its rules on COVID so that Biden could place as many illegals into detention facilities as possible.

President Joe Biden and his administration insist we do not have a border crisis. Evidence continues to refute them, but they cannot ignore this video:
The video appeared on the TikTok account of "Tripwires & Triggers," a service started by Jaeson Jones to keep the public informed about the situation at the southern border.

Like some other states, California has a massive homeless problem. Instead of addressing the millions of Americans sleeping in tents on sidewalks, California's government and Biden's administration are spending millions on housing the flood of incoming migrants in hotels while they quarantine and await court dates. This is what 'America last' looks like.

Schools and businesses are still closed in many places. There are still issues with vaccine distribution. Yet, immigrants crossing the southern border who test positive for COVID are being allowed to move freely into the United States. This defies common sense and everything we have been told about the danger of COVID for a year.

On Monday, the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas reiterated that the U.S. doesn't have a border crisis. Press Secretary Jen Psaki doubled down on his claim. It looks the DHS will tell President Joe Biden the opposite. Officials expect 117,000 unaccompanied children at the border this year, but the administration will likely run out of resources by the end of March.

There is a full blown crisis happening at the southern border. While Democrats and the media twist themselves in knots insisting that everything is totally different under Biden, the number of unaccompanied children trying to cross the border is skyrocketing. This is not happening by accident. People clearly believe they have a chance of getting in because of the new administration.

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton in the Southern District of Texas issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) on President Joe Biden's deportation plan after Texas filed a lawsuit against the administration. Tipton just extended the order for 14 days to February 23, 2021.

Before Joe Biden even took office, DHS reported a surge in illegal border crossings in anticipation of his presidency.  Since taking office, Biden has been busily undoing President Trump's border and illegal immigration policy, effectively opening our borders in the midst of a global pandemic.
