Last Friday, Professor Jacobson wrote a post entitled "Chief Justice Roberts is the new Swing Vote, or worse," explaining that:
Roberts...saw fit to make a public pronouncement after Trump criticized a San Francisco federal judge for a decision enjoining Trump’s new policy on processing asylum claims, which held that people who illegally crossed the border could not apply for asylum...

Very few publications have consistently brought to light the anti-Semitism and racism showcased by the leaders of the Women's March. Legal Insurrection is one of them. But when Tablet magazine published an investigation into the behaviors by the leaders, especially Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory, other publications finally spoke up about it. The New York Times did this on Sunday, but instead of stating that the leaders have anti-Semitic views, the left-wing Bible framed it as accusations.

I shed a few tears after reading this article. People in Mosul, Iraq, had to endure hell for three years under Sharia law was set in place by the Islamic State (ISIS). This meant women covered head to toe in black while men had to grow long beards. Without the terrorist group around, men and women have now dashed to salons for makeovers, plastic surgery, and dental treatments.

A deadly tsunami slammed Indonesia without warning last night, killing hundred and causing widespread damage.
At least 222 people were killed as waves smashed into houses, hotels and other beachside buildings Saturday night along Indonesia’s Sunda Strait, in a disaster that followed an eruption and possible landslide on Anak Krakatau, one of the world’s most infamous volcanic islands.

Earlier this week, Kemberlee blogged that Mattis was resigning at the end of February.  You can read his resignation letter here. The timeline has been changed by President Trump, however, and now Mattis will be leaving his position as Defense Secretary as of January 1, 2019.  The current Deputy Secretary of Defense, Patrick Shanahan, will become Acting Secretary on January 1st.

This is not Saturday Night Live. This is not The Onion or Babylon Bee. A Dutch animation artist put together a boy band to encourage the United Kingdom to stay in the European Union.  From NME:
