On Thursday May 11, at the 67th FIFA Congress in Manama, Bahrain the Palestinian Football Association (PFA) and its supporters of vehemently anti-Israel ‘human rights’ organizations lost their bid to sanction or suspend the Israel Football Association (IFA) from FIFA—the governing body of world soccer. Eligible member associations voted 138-50 to approve the FIFA Council’s alternative proposed motion to delay the issue for one more year until March 2018. I highlighted the persistent campaign against Israel at FIFA in a recent post, Will FIFA Kick Israel Out of World Football?

Upon taking the oath of office a few days ago, South Korea's new president, Moon Jae-in, indicated the he is willing to visit the nuclear-armed North.
Moon, who was declared the winner on Tuesday of the presidential election, said he will "sincerely negotiate" with the United States, South Korea's chief ally, and China, South Korea's top trading partner, over the contentious deployment of the US anti-missile system THAAD.

I had not seen the term anti-anti-Trumpism until early April 2017. I saw it when McKay Coppins tweeted a link to an article at The Week by Damon Linker, The cowardly spectacle of the anti-anti-Trump movement. The article makes ad hominem attacks on Sean Davis and Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist for supposedly being among the worst anti-anti-Trump offenders. What is the offense according to Linker? Attacking people who attack Trump:

Back in 2011, as that season's presidential pandering was getting revved up, the President Obama said we can't drill our way out of energy problems.
President Obama called for the elimination of billions of dollars in oil industry tax breaks Friday, while stressing that the United States can’t drill its way out of high gas prices. “We can’t just drill our way out of the problem,” Obama said during an energy policy speech in Indiana Friday.
I hate to admit it: Obama is right. We didn't drill our way out, we fracked our way to a fuel surplus. There has been so much winning recently that OPEC is now complaining.

The last time Legal Insurrection visited the Land of the Nile, Pope Francis was refusing to use an armored car during his visit to Egypt. Fortunately, one was not needed, and the Holy Father must have made quite an impression, especially after meeting with Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Egypt's President and proponent of an Islamic Reformation. To start with, a noted Egyptian Islamic "scholar" has been canned from his television show and faces a trial after calling Christians "infidels".
Salem Abdel-Galeel, television show host and a former deputy minister at the Ministry of Religious Endowments, is set to face trial for contempt of religion after describing Christians as non-believers.

Speaking to the 2017 graduating class at Liberty University, President Trump stated:  "In America, we don't worship government, we worship God." A clear rebuke of the regressive left, for whom government is the be all and end all, Trump's statement resonates with American voters who were sickened and disgusted by Obama's "me, me, me" reign in which he frequently bemoaned the fact that he wasn't "emperor" or deeply regretted that he didn't have the totalitarian power of "the president of China." The Washington Post reports:

In the wake of President Donald Trump's election, a big can of crazy has been opened and our state's political leaders have all taken a big swig then passed it around. I just noted that our junior U.S. Senator, Kamala Harris, recently offered profanity-infused political commentary more worthy of a late night comedy show. Now it is being reported by the Washington Free Beacon that the a Congresswoman representing the area around Silicon Valley has revealed her true feelings about a the rest of the nation.

The media seems to "jump the shark" on Trump at least once a week. The newest example comes from CNN which wants you to know President Trump gets two scoops of ice cream while other people get only one. This is a real report from CNN:
