A Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Royce Lamberth, has acknowledged in his ruling that Hillary's use of a private email server while in office is "one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency." Lamberth further ordered agencies to work with Judicial Watch and formulate a plan to determine whether or not Hillary's private email server was an intentional attempt to circumvent the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  He gave them 10 days to establish a discovery plan.

On Monday, I blogged that reporters discovered Bangladeshis mixed in the migrant caravan moving towards the US border. Now Judicial Watch and Sara Carter have reported that people "from all over the world" are in the caravan as the MSM has slammed President Donald Trump for making claims that criminals and people from the Middle East have joined the caravan. There's also a second caravan forming in Guatemala.

Judicial Watch has taken the lead in pursuing government records of Hillary Clinton's sketchy use of at least 13 devices for emails while serving as Secretary of State, as well as her controversial decision to set up a private server. Judicial Watch's FOIA requests have resulted in quite a few bombshells.  Among them the fact that Hillary sent classified materials via email to her daughter and other such revelations that show the need to reopen the Hillary investigations.

Judicial Watch has received via FOIA emails that the FBI found on the computer of disgraced former congressman and estranged husband of Hilary aide Huma Abedin.  That Huma forwarded classified emails to the laptop was previously reported, but now Judicial Watch obtained redacted copies of some of the emails, clearly marked classified. This could add to the pressure on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to order the FBI to reopen its investigation of Hillary's server and handling of classified information in light of recent revelations that the FBI investigation may have been predetermined and perfunctory.

Judicial Watch announced today that the State Department told a federal court that officials still need to process 40,000 out of 72,000 emails that belonged to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The watchdog organization filed a lawsuit to receive her emails in May 2015. The department has only processed 32,000 and released a small amount of those.

It seems ages ago, but was just a couple of months ago that controversy swirled around former National Security Advisor Susan Rice's "unmasking" of names from classified intelligence reports. The last time we checked in on the Environmental Protection Agency, a long-time staffer and social justice warrior had just tendered his resignation after recognizing the political climate had dramatically changed. Things are about to get a little hotter for this merry band of bureaucrats, as they are being sued by Judicial Watch.
The watchdog group is seeking copies of the EPA's proposals and awards for environmental justice grants delivered in 2014 and 2015, and said it hasn't been provided with any documents yet.

The State Department released 74 additional emails to Judicial Watch, a watchdog group that continues to investigate Hillary Clinton's private email server. These emails are the ones the FBI found after it completed its investigation. One email included a chain that the State deemed as classified now....one that Hillary sent to her daughter Chelsea Clinton. The State has blacked out the majority of the email chain, but it came from White House Deputy National Security Advisor Michael Froman and forwarded to Hillary by her policy aide Jake Sullivan. On August 10, 2015, I asked Did Hillary just walk into a perjury trap over her emails?. The document in question was a very curiously worded Declaration under oath signed by Hillary in a Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit:
"1) While I do not know what information may be "responsive" for purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my e-mails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were, or potentially were, federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done...."

Judge James Boasberg announced on Friday that the State Department doesn't have to release all emails contained in the latest batch of Hillary Clinton's emails until after Election Day. He originally gave them a September 23 deadline, but acknowledged today that the department "was struggling to manage the burden of dozens of lawsuits and thousands of requests for records from Mrs. Clinton’s time in office." This batch includes the 15,000 emails the State Department miraculously found after the FBI finished its investigation into Hillary's private email server. Officials originally said the disc contained 30 emails on Benghazi, but let everyone down when they only found one.

Everyone perked up when the State Department said it found 30 Benghazi emails in the 15,000 Hillary Clintons they discovered on a disc. Well, the officials only found ONE Benghazi email. That's right. Only ONE. It's from then- U.S. Ambassador to Brazil to Hillary after she testified in front of Congress in 2013, fawning over her performance.

Dang, Hillary. No matter how hard you try a lie cannot become the truth because Judicial Watch keeps producing emails that shows deep ties between the Clinton Foundation and the State Department during your tenure as secretary of state. This time, the Hillary emails show that Clinton Foundation donors and officials sought diplomatic passports from her, Hillary talking about a foundation meeting in Ireland, and a major donor setting up an interview with a journalist friend. The watchdog group reported this batch included 37 emails that the State Department never received. So far Judicial Watch has uncovered 228 new emails not part of the 55,000 Clinton sent to the department.

So remember how the State Department miraculously found a disc with 15,000 Hillary Clinton emails after the FBI finished their investigation? Yeah, now officials said at least 30 of those deleted emails are possibly about Benghazi. Wait. I thought Hillary only deleted personal emails about yoga classes? The department must hand over those emails and documents to Judicial Watch by September 13 for its investigation into Hillary's private email server.

The FBI came under fire when Director James Comey decided not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton over her private email server and when the department revealed no one actually taped its interview with her. The media responded with numerous Freedom of Information Acts requests for more details, which has led the department to release the notes agents took during the investigation and from Hillary's interview.
