FBI Will Publicly Release Hillary Email Investigation Notes

FBI Will Publicly Release Hillary Email Investigation Notes

Media outlets made FOIA requests for the materials.

The FBI came under fire when Director James Comey decided not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton over her private email server and when the department revealed no one actually taped its interview with her.

The media responded with numerous Freedom of Information Acts requests for more details, which has led the department to release the notes agents took during the investigation and from Hillary’s interview.

CNN wrote that 30 pages make up the investigation while Hillary’s 302, the notes from her interview, is “about a dozen pages.”

The FBI will not release notes or interviews from her aides. But Hillary’s campaign did ask the FBI to make public the notes agents took during her interview.

The FBI interviewed Hillary for 3.5 hours on July 2 at its headquarters in DC. Three days later, Comey announced his shocking decision, despite listing all the ways Clinton and her aides were careless with classified materials on her private email server.

While the Department of Justice walked away, Congress and watchdog groups like Judicial Watch have refused to give up. The Oversight Committee asked the FBI to send over all the documents in order to understand Comey’s decision.

But Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz and others said officials redacted and blacked out too much information making them useless:

“The FBI has turned over a ‘number of documents’ related to their investigation of former Secretary Clinton’s use of a personal email server. Committee staff is currently reviewing the information that is classified SECRET. There are no further details at this time,” said an Oversight spokesman.

The committee is currently reviewing the information in them, which was classified as “secret.”

But then the State Department discovered a disc with over 15,000 emails that Hillary’s emails did not turn over during the investigation. Judicial Watch asked judges to tell the department to release all relevant emails to their FOIA request. A federal judge in Florida gave the State Department until September 13 to hand over the emails.

The State Department confirmed that “about 30 emails involving the 2012 attack on U.S. compounds in Benghazi, Libya, are among the thousands of Hillary Clinton emails recovered” on that disc.

Guess that means only one thing.

As soon as the MSM gets their hot hands on this, there will be more demands for Trump’s tax returns, more anal analysis of everything he says, more idiotic controversies about Trump involving former employees and how he killed someone because she or he lost their job and health care.

The coverage of this will be just unbelievable in its scope.

I’m sure they had to replace the black ink cartridges a couple times for “politically sensitive redacts”

Comey might as well have said the fix is in and unless hilldog loses there isn’t any way in hell she’ll ever be held accountable in a real court of law. And even then it’s iffy at best.
She and billybob have been getting away with crimes for decades now.

FBI: “Madam Secretary, If you were to describe yourself as a flower, what kind of flower would that be?”

Clinton: “A fucking rose asshole.”

FBI: “Madam Secretary, I have always liked the service the Clinton Foundation provides for world services.”

Clinton: “Soon we will have an opening in management for someone who has a resume just like yours. You will travel travel the world, stay in all the best hotels, have a basically unlimited expense account and a salary of $650,000 a year plus bonuses.”

FBI: “Wanna go to lunch?”

Comey is beginning to look crazy as a fox. He had to know that the existing justice system would never go after her. Hillary Clinton could shoot a wagon load of nuns with a rocket launcher on Pennsylvania Ave. and Lynch will not prosecute for fear of presidential involvement. Not gonna happen ever.
So he waits, declines to prosecute and gets enough information out there to bloody the water. According to people on both sides of the isle he’s a pretty honest guy. Dealing with Hillary and knowing that she’s lying right to their faces without serious fear of reprisal has got to make him nuts.
So here we are, closer and closer to the election. NOW he’s going to get the good stuff out there. He may not be able to proseute her, but he can still sink her.

If I were still young and optimistic I would say ‘yes, this must be it!’

But now I’m old and wizened and I think no, this is the coup-de-grace…he releases the ‘proof’ she did nothing wrong right before the election.

    I hope you’re right and I’m wrong.

Dateline June 22, 2047 – Newsflash:
The FBI, CIA, IRS, Homeland Security, Dept of State, White House, and Union of Pet Massagers are preparing a join announcement that the absolute final 19,148 Hillary Clinton emails will be released in three days.

It is rumored that there is really nothing really new contained in them. So, as you recall Hillary Clinton was cryogenically frozen in order to wait out the email scandal, she will now be “thawed” in order to make another bid at becoming the first woman President of the U.S. (Two women, one in 2024 and another 2036, who were one the verge to being elected as POTUS died under mysterious circumstances.)

I had this perfectly good comment, but every one of you managed to overtop it before I could even type it.

Allow me to just stand here and applaud.

Completely unrelated but I note that Angela Corey has been voted out of office.

Again, no prison sentence or death penalty for treason?!

Comey has others conduct an Interview of a Suspect of a criminal acts (Not under oath, Not recorded, and only some notes were taken) “how can this be considered a serious criminal investigation, by any sense of the meaaning”!
