HoganWillig is a multi-office law firm in western New York State. Among its practice areas is real estate closings, which enabled it to obtain designation from the state as an "essential" business even under Andrew Cuomo's coronavirus lockdown orders. The firm also has gained expertise in advising businesses how to weather the coronavirus regulatory storm, and now finds itself in the center of one of those storms as the New York Attorney General's Office has been threatening the firm over its continued real estate operations, claiming the firm was not complying with Cuomo's Orders. The firm is fighting back with a federal court lawsuit.

Thousands of health care workers headed Cuomo's call for help and volunteered to go to New York to help amid the COVID-19 pandemic. New York was hit particularly hard. Now, those that spent more than 14 days in the Empire State will be required to pay state income tax, even if they're being paid by entities in other states for their work in New York.

The MSM will likely shove this news to the back page because God forbid they acknowledge they jumped the gun when it comes to anti-malarial medicine hydroxychloroquine. They did it last Friday! Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said during his daily briefing that he wants President Donald Trump's administration to increase the hydroxychloroquine because tests at New York hospitals show promise.

If you don't live in upstate NY, you may not realize how horrible a Governor Andrew Cuomo is. Upstate, a huge region north and west of New York City, is Republican territory, and has been in revolt against Cuomo's outrageous gun control SAFE Act for years. Almost every upstate county has, in an ultimately futile but symbolic act, rejected the SAFE Act.

Joe Biden is an irreparably damaged candidate. He's just not all there. Anyone who doesn't see that is blind or wilfully blind. Or a Biden campaign consultant feeding at the trough.

With Joe Biden's... err, troubles (are we calling them troubles?) and ceaseless bumbling, nervous Democrats are hungry for a hero. And it looks like they've found one in Andrew Cuomo:
