House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) has sent ten questions to former and current government officials about the dossier published by Fusion GPS against then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, funded by failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's campaign and the DNC. Former British spy Christopher Steele authored the dossier. The ten questions include when they became aware of the information in the dossier and how they handled it.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has charged lawyer Alex Van Der Zwaan for making "materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements and representations" to his office and the FBI. Van Der Zwaan will appear in a federal court in Washington this afternoon. He is expected to enter in a guilty plea since he was charged with a criminal information. Mueller claims Van Der Zwaan lied about his communications with former Trump campaign adviser Rick Gates and with someone else only identified as Person A and deleted emails that his office requested concerning a report from 2012 with Ukraine's Ministry of Justice.

WAIT A SECOND. I thought Canada welcomed refugees and those seeking asylum with open arms? Haven't Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other officials mocked President Donald Trump and others here in America because they simply want people to follow our laws? It seems that loving Canada has deported 2,000 North Korean asylum seekers because they allegedly lied on refugee forms. The country is ready to deport up to 150 more.

A former employee has come forward with a new sexual misconduct allegation against California Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia, who gained fame for speaking out against sexual harassment and became a face of the #MeToo movement. David John Kernick claims that Garcia fired him because he refused to play "spin the bottle" and questioned why she would make staffers play the game.

This is why it's so hard to report or even follow a fluid situation. While the leader of this nationalist group said Florida shooter Nikolas Cruz belonged to the group, it's important to remember these people, like ISIS, long to remain in the spotlight and take credit for tragedies. Of course the media showed its eagerness to show that Cruz belonged to a racist group, but it turns out he never belonged.

Welp, that didn't last very long. The Senate has ended its debate on immigration as the lawmakers have rejected BOTH proposals in front of them: one from President Donald Trump and the other from the bipartisan clique, the Common Sense Coalition. The lawmakers rejected amendments from Sens. John McCain (R-AZ) and Chris Coons (D-DL) and another one from Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA).

BuzzFeed News dropped a bombshell today with a report that the FBI received a warning last fall from a YouTube vlogger and bail bondsman about a comment from a Nikolas Cruz. He supposedly said, "I'm going to be a professional school shooter." 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz attacked students and staff at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida on Wednesday and killed 17 people. Officials charged him with 17 counts of premeditated murder on Thursday.

The Common Sense Coalition, made up of eight Democrats, eight Republicans, and one Independent, has struck a bipartisan deal on immigration even though they know President Donald Trump will likely veto it if it reaches his desk. (I feel like this is the tenth bill that has come up on this subject) It includes a few portions from Trump's bill, but lacks other "pillars" the president has emphasized like eliminating the diversity visa lottery.

Authorities have taken a suspect in custody after a shooting at the NSA complex this morning in Fort Meade, MD. The FBI does not believe this is terrorism, but authorities do not have a motive. The driver is in the hospital while officials have two men in custody who were with the driver.

President Donald Trump's former national security advisor Michael Flynn has come back into the news after The Washington Examiner's Byron York reported that former FBI Director James Comey told Congress the department doesn't think Flynn lied to them. Remember the fiasco is over him allegedly speaking to to Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the transition period in December 2016:
On Jan. 24, 2017, two of Comey's FBI agents went to the White House to question Flynn, and there was a lot of speculation later that Flynn lied in that interview, which would be a serious crime.
