Not black letter, but implied: the right to keep and bear Arms… legs, a head, internal organs, and your life, shall not be infringed. The denial of any by a tyrannical entity, is why this amendment is in the top two of civil rights. Also, cruel and unusual punishment, summary judgment (“warlock trial”), to name a few.
