The hoax has 2 volumes. Volume 1 is the counter intelligece portion of the coup. It is not a criminal investigation. It is an evidence laundering operation. An illegal gathering of unusable evidence by unconstitutional sources and methods. Warrantless spying with zero probable cause. Volume 2 is the report that they used to ‘parallel construct’ IOW try to convert the illegally gathered information in to probable cause for chargeable crimes. Mueller was brought in because he is the Grand Master of this insideous technique.
All the Mueller cases should be thrown out and reversed by the court once the declassification of the scheme shows the truth of these matters on fourth and fifth amendment grounds.
Mueller. Rosenstein and all their cohorts could then be prosecuted without having to use CIPA procedures in their trials. The whole dang coup is the fruit of the poisonous tree.
