Democrats are mourning the political loss of resistance fighter and New York AG, Eric Schneiderman, who resigned in disgrace Monday night. Ronan Farrow (who is kicking ass and taking names) along with Jane Mayer were first to report allegations made by four women, all who claim Schneiderman was physically abusive. At least one of the women was not romantically involved with the now former AG. Three of the relationships were consensual, but the alleged violence was not.

President Donald Trump announced that America will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal. Trump has consistently threatened to withdraw from the deal, but extended it a few times in his first year. However, in January, Trump said this would be his last waiver "unless the deal is strengthened by Congress and European allies."

President Trump gave a great speech at the NRA on Friday, and given the venue, his speech was primarily focused on our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.  Some of what he had to say, however, has ruffled some feathers in the UK and France. The speech is very campaign-esque and as such is fun to watch.  He covers everything from jobs, North Korea, Kanye, and Mueller to the focus of his speech: gun rights in America.

Starting in June, the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR), an anti-Israel organization based in Washington, DC, is planning to launch a “three-year plan” to support “municipal-level campaigns across the country” which aim at ending U.S. support for Israel. In rolling out this new plan to advance “exciting work” at the “street-level,” USCPR is hoping to capitalize on the recent success of its member groups in the city of Durham, NC.

Cynthia Nixon is taking the fight to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo aggressively. WABC in New York offered to host a televised debate and Nixon jumped at the chance before Cuomo even had a chance to respond. She also said she wants the debate to be between only the two of them.

UPDATE 10:30 PM: Schneiderman has resigned:
"It’s been my great honor and privilege to serve as Attorney General for the people of the State of New York," Schneiderman said in a statement. "In the last several hours, serious allegations, which I strongly contest, have been made against me. While these allegations are unrelated to my professional conduct or the operations of the office, they will effectively prevent me from leading the office’s work at this critical time. I therefore resign my office, effective at the close of business on [Tuesday]."

In the next few weeks, retired Lt. Colonel Oliver North will take over as president of the National Rifle Association. Lt. Colonel North is currently an NRA board member, served on Reagan's National Security Council, and is an all-around badass.

You know, every day I am glad I converted politically and am no longer a leftist feminist shill, mainly because I cannot believe how intolerant and insensitive they've become. The latest controversy comes from a leftist feminist professor, who also supports the BDS movement against Israel, because a man had the nerve to joke about wanting to go to the women's lingerie department.
