The Albany Times Union reported New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo prioritized his family and influential people with ties for COVID-19 tests when the pandemic began last year:
Members of Cuomo's family including his brother, his mother and at least one of his sisters were also tested by top health department officials — some several times, the sources said.

A year ago, President Donald Trump essentially shut-down the country for two weeks to "flatten the curve." Americans were given to understand that the real goal was not to swamp the hospital system with critically ill patients. Considering citizens give selflessly of themselves during emergencies, most of us were willing to sacrifice for 14 days in hopes that fatalities would be reduced.

Sen. Rand Paul, who is a physician, scorched Dr. Anthony Fauci because he wants Americans to wear a mask until 2022 even if they had the COVID-19 vaccine or the virus:
"You've been vaccinated and you parade around in two masks for show," Paul continued. "You're defying everything we know about immunity by telling people to wear a mask that have been vaccinated."’
