During a debate, Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said she approves of reopening the sexual assault investigation against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh if the Democrats win the Senate. From The Washington Post:

The most interesting part of this poll? It looks like more of the undecided voters have started to move towards Cruz.

Brett Kavanaugh has been confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court, 50-48. He has been sworn in, with a ceremonial swearing in likely Monday. He will take the bench Tuesday.
