Debra Katz, who is representing a woman accusing New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of harassment, claimed he is interfering with the attorney general's investigation:
Ex-Cuomo aide Charlotte Bennett’s lawyer cited a recent report “that the Executive Chamber is providing staffers with in-house attorneys to meet with them in advance of their investigatory interviews…and to attend those interviews with them.”

Over 121 members of New York's legislature, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Jamaal Bowman, and others called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to resign. Six women accused Cuomo of sexual harassment. Don't forget that a report discovered his nursing home policy during COVID probably led to the deaths of 15,000 elderly people.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's defense is crumbling around him. It all started with the damning report on the nursing home deaths and his secretary admitting they fudged the death numbers. Then two former aides accused him of sexual harassment: Charlotte Bennett and Lindsey Boylan. Investigative journalist Lindsay Nielsen also described intimidation efforts by Cuomo's administration.

Megyn Kelly released on YouTube a 42-minute interview with Tara Reade, who has accused Joe Biden of sexual assault in 1993. While Team Biden has gone after Reade for inconsistencies in her story over time, there also have been corroborating witnesses and documents that show she told others about the assault, or at least problems with Biden, at the time and in the early years after that.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that back in 1991, presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, then Delaware senator, opposed a procedural motion that would have created a Senate office to handle sexual harassment complaints. Former Biden staffer Tara Reade alleges he sexually assaulted her in 1993, two years after he opposed the motion.
