2020 Presidential Election Tag

The 2016 election marked a substantial shift in America’s attitude on China. President Trump zeroed in on the “People’s” Republic as the principal economic threat to the United States, blasting his opponents along the way. His victory clued us into just how potent a hawkish approach to China could be: sweeping the rust belt and forging a historic electoral realignment.

In the months before the 2016 election, Trump supporters were repeatedly physically attacked by members of the left, out in the open, sometimes as they left Trump rallies. In 2020, we are seeing a repeat of this behavior as most of the media looks the other way, just as they did four years ago.

Tony Bobulinski just appeared for a 45-minute interview on Tucker Carlson tonight. Bobulinski was involved in helping set up a deal with a company, CEFC China Energy conglomerate, connected to the Chinese Communist Party, through Joe Biden's son and brother. Bobulinski met twice with Joe himself, but the others were interposed as go-betweens to provide Joe with "plausible deniability" should it become an issue in a future presidential run.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough thinks Joe Biden should waste a SCOTUS nomination on 73-year-old failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton if he wins next month. Thing is, Biden doesn't even have to wait to nominate Hillary. He can do it when they "reform the court."

Kamala Harris has a habit of launching into peals of laughter when she is asked questions, even serious ones. It's likely a nervous tic, and it's possible that she doesn't even realize that she does it. In the world of gambling, this is called a tell. An unconscious and often uncontrollable behavior that serves as a clue to others that a player is bluffing or lying.

Fox News released an email containing a list of "domestic contacts/projects," which includes Democratic vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris, for Hunter Biden and his associates to lure into Chinese deals. The New York Post has more details on these contacts with explanations on why they should bring in people like New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York Sen. Chuck Schumer. Uncle Jim Biden also wanted to know about any foreign friends they could drag into the deals.
