Welcome to today’s Law of Self Defense ongoing coverage of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. I am, of course, Attorney Andrew Branca, for Law of Self Defense. Today was the fourth day of the trial by which ADA Thomas Binger’s is seeking to have Kyle Rittenhouse convicted and sentenced to life in prison for having shot three men (two fatally) the night of August 25, 2020 in Kenosha WI, when the city was suffering a tsunami of rioting, looting, and arson following the lawful shooting of a knife-wielding Jacob Blake by Kenosha police officers.

Joy Reid of MSNBC hit a new low this week, and that's saying something. Reid nodded along affirmatively, as guest Professor Michael Eric Dyson described VA Lt. Governor-Elect Winsome Sears as a puppet for white supremacy. Reid and Dyson are the racists here. Not Winsome Sears and not the people who voted for her and Youngkin.

Welcome back to our ongoing live coverage of the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse. Kyle is charged with a variety of felonies, including first-degree murder, for shooting three men, two fatally, as well as for alleged reckless conduct on the night of August 25, 2020, in riot-torn Kenosha WI.

In an election full of surprises, perhaps no one has a better story than New Jersey truck driver Ed Durr, an average guy who decided to run for office because he was sick of having what he felt was poor representation. Durr ran his campaign on a shoestring budget and defeated Steve Sweeney, the sitting president of the New Jersey senate.
