Democrats, Media Revive Bogus ‘Antifa Doesn’t Exist’ Narrative

“There’s no Antifa. This is an entirely imaginary organization. There is not an Antifa. This is no different than if they announced they rounded up a dozen decepticons…”

All during the first Trump administration and amid the backlash to the violent “protests” we periodically saw, including the 2020 Antifa/BLM-led George Floyd riots that destroyed entire (blue) city blocks, Democrats and their media allies tried multiple tactics to downplay what was actually happening.

In the view of The Usual Suspects at the time, Antifa were either 1) modern-day versions of the WWII Normandy beach heroes and saving America from the so-called alt-right, 2) a fringe group supposedly joining up with white supremacist agitators to disrupt peaceful protests in the aftermath of Floyd’s death, or 3) something that didn’t really exist.

For instance, here was then-House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) in June 2020, proclaiming on the House floor that Antifa was an “imaginary thing”:

When later confronted on his comments by an independent journalist, Nadler persisted, saying Antifa was a “myth”:

Here we are now in President Trump’s second term, and as he targets Antifa in part by pushing for National Guard presence in overrun Democrat-controlled cities like Portland, the “Antifa doesn’t exist” narrative is once again being revived:

The latest example is late-night “comedian” Jimmy Kimmel, who, on his sparsely-watched program, proclaimed, “There’s no Antifa. This is an entirely imaginary organization. There is no Antifa:”

Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at President Donald Trump’s antifa roundtable. During that event Wednesday, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said that the girlfriend of one of the founders of antifa recently had been arrested in Portland.

“You understand, there’s no antifa,” Kimmel said in his monologue. “This is an entirely imaginary organization. There’s not an antifa. This is no different than if they announced they rounded up a dozen Decepticons.”

[…]

“I don’t know what’s scarier, the idea that he’s making this all up or that he actually might believe this stuff,” Kimmel said. “There are no stores in Portland? It’s as if he’s getting his intelligence briefings from reruns of ‘The Walking Dead.’”

Naturally, there has been pushback:

In this video, it’s pointed out that there are news stories of Antifa activity on the website of the network that employs Kimmel (ABC), and also that there are many photos, videos, and other websites that prove Antifa’s existence:

As one might expect, claims that Antifa doesn’t exist don’t sit well with journalists like Post Millennial senior editor Andy Ngo, who literally has the battle scars to prove they do indeed exist:

Something that perhaps is even more infuriating about media coverage is that even when they do acknowledge Antifa’s existence, it’s to portray them as the good guys, as Seattle NBC News affiliate KING5 did here:

Short for “anti-fascists,” antifa is not a single organization but an umbrella term for far-left militant groups that confront or resist neo-Nazis and white supremacists at demonstrations. In September, Trump signed an order designating the decentralized movement as a domestic terrorist organization, though whether he has the authority to do so remains unclear.

Just to show how pervasive the “Antifa doesn’t exist” gaslighting is, check out this compilation video:

It’s almost like there’s some media/Democrat collusion going on here. Who’da thought?

These people are such degenerate scum.

Up is down.
Ignorance is strength.

I hope Jimmy Kimmel enjoys his 30 pieces of silver.

Marc Elias set up a legal group to help keep them out of jail, they even appear at their riots in yellow hard hats. Yes that is the National Legal Group. How does something that doesn’t exist have a national law firm on their team?

They can wave their Obi Wan hand and say “These are not the terrorists you looking for” all they want. They’re mind tricks don’t work any more.

The ones screaming LOL ANTIFA DOESN’T EXIST are the SAME PEOPLE that acted like Patriot Front was an official arm of the Republican Party.

Remember Patriot Front? The ‘white supremacist’ group that did nothing but march in front of cameras and then disappeared into the aether the second the Democrats lost control of the FBI?

Yeah, we nearly forgot about that. Somebody needs to ask Kash to find out who the cosplayers were, and fire them and their managers.

The French Resistance didn’t exist….. Tell that to the Germans. Antifa is the street muscle of the Dems….

Andy Ngo on Fox “”It is an ideology, but Neo-Nazis organize around an ideology, jihadists organize around an ideology, so what’s your point really? The point you’re really trying to do, when people bring that up, is to run cover for Antifa because these people on the left know that organized militant Antifa networks themselves and individuals operate as shock troops for their cause.”

They’re awfully worked up over something they claim doesn’t exist. Almost like they’re lying again. But that’s crazy talk.

Does it matter? They are talking to themselves. No one else listens. Sad sacks.

By the same logic, there’s no Mafia or drug cartels.

I’m old enough to remember the joke (in Mob-influenced New England where I grew up) “There is no Mafia. Anyone who says there is, we’ll break their legs.”

Meaning, the mob used to say this same thing – there is no mob. Saying there was no mob didn’t stop the feds from going after it and locking people up.

Given his swift return to the ratings cellar, I’m amazed anyone knows what verbal diarrhea Kimmel spewed.

You know, if Conservatives stopped watching Jimmy Kimmel just so they could tell us how crazy and unfunny he is, he wouldn’t have any viewers left.

So stop it already!

It might be helpful to have one of the viewers report on the businesses which buy commercial time on Kimmel’s show.

The show reportedly carried advertising from more than 200 different brands, with the top spenders including Allstate, McDonald’s and Starbucks, according to iSpot.

There is the flip side and that is endorsements. You can boycott products he endorses and let the company know.

Do Not Believe Your Lying Eyes!

don’t know which is more pathetic

that this guy is the best your network can offer in this time segment or that you continue to pay him an exhorbitant salary while he continues to lose you boatloads of $$$$$

“There’s no Antifa.”
Then you won’t mind if we crush it.

The Jedi mind trick
There is no Antifa, there is no Antifa, there is no Antifa
Repeat after me, there is no Antifa.

Unfortunately for Democrats, it’s also their mind trick to normalize unreality, e.g., “trans women and women,” “men can give birth.” But this time it will work. They will say over and over that there is no Antifa, and soon it will become true (with our help).

Hey Jimmy, know what else won’t exist come next May? Your show!

“Name one member of “Antifa.”

Let’s ask Amazon for their customer list for the Antifa Handbook.
I’ll bet we’ll be able to name over a hundred.

(I got a giggle out of the stock Amazon offer: “Follow the author, Mark Bray.”
“But mommy, I don’t WANT to live in Spain!”)

Leftwing gaslighting is vile and heinous.

The prevailing argument for the non existence of Antifa is there is no Grand Poobah directing operations from his or her lair. It is inexcusable for so many talking heads to be ignorant how terrorist cells operate, especially ones that no doubt distribute the “Anarchist Cookbook” to new recruits.

Lack of a known leader does not translate to lack of organization and use of paramilitary tactics. It just means the responsibility of planning and carrying out attacks is not centralized but distributed throughout more senior members. With little advance notice being given to most of Antifa. Beyond “What to do if arrested.” reminders.

Antifa is well funded. Antifa has stated goals. Antifa has a defined enemy. Antifa has a political ideology. But most all Antifa has numerous followers. This would not be true if Antifa was just a “Rightwing” Boogie man.

The designation as a foreign terrorist organization will help tremendously. Enables all sorts of new tactics particularly Intel gathering and use of financial tools to track and connect the dots from street level foot soldier all the way back to big financial contributors.

I predict the next phase in lefty/antifa propaganda is try and pull the same crap as the IRA; ‘oh, we ain’t the militant, military wing of antifa ..were the peaceful political wing that shares the same goals and ideology’.

So first Kimmel tries to gaslight and claim Kirk’s killer was MAGA aligned, now he’s trying to claim a Leftist terrorist group doesn’t exist? Any wonder why America is so divided? The Left reserve the privilege to commit violence to themselves, then pretend violence is exclusively done by the Right!

Kimmel preaches hate.

I like to kill time modifying their grafitti. Keys, wallet, sharpie is my packing order.

If “Antifa doesn’t exist!”, then it seems Trump is only trying to fulfill the prophesy.
